Dawn at the Swansea branch was yet again helpful and friendly when I sold some gold and silver today. The service is always top notch and I rate their honesty. I would highly recommend them.

The necklace arrived on time. The quality is just amazing with a brilliant price. It was packaged beautifully with a cleaning cloth included. The quality of just the packaging was fabulous. Obviously, a lot of care and attention went into the delivery experience, too.
A heavy solid silver belcher necklace that holds a heavy pendant with ease. I will definitely use Gold Reserves Jewellery again.

The staff member ( Giusy Evans ) was very helpful, explained everything, very polite and very efficient. The service was excellent, would recommend it to family and friends.

Visited the Swansea store to get valuations on some gold rings and odds and ends of silver. Received excellent, friendly service from Dawn and sold one ring for a good price. Will think about selling the others when I'm ready.

Dealt with Matt through the whole process, what a fantastic guy. Based out of Swansea store. Swansea didn’t have the product I wanted so Matt recommended the Gold Reserve website. I requested item to Store and now it’s all paid for and I’m a happy chappy. 100% satisfaction.
