Excellent Service
Excellent service from Victoria at the Swansea branch. She was polite, extremely helpful and didn't rush me whilst I was looking at various pieces of jewellery. I always visit the branch when looking to purchase jewellery as they have some lovely / unique pieces and the prices are good. I would certainly like to be served by Victoria again on my next visit!

I visited the store in Swansea and was greeted with lovely warm welcome from Evie in the silver shop. She helped me choose a ring for my mother. It didn’t fit and she exchanged it for me and I ended up buying one for myself too! She was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely service made me feel valued as a customer. I wouldn’t go anywhere else they’re all lovely here . 😊
