GoldSilver is a reliable dealer. This is not the first time I make purchases with GS. The reasons that I cannot give 5 start this time include the longer than usual waiting time before delivery, and the lower quality of the silver bars (one is quite old). Even that, GS is still a trustworthy dealer.
A great company to deal with. The platform is easy to understand and use. Transactions to and from my UK based bank are easy to set up and complete quickly.

To this, all dealings with GoldSilver have been slick, offerings are great, and you can be confident that this company does THE RIGHT THING. Fast and promptly response! Always helpful
The company reported (on my account) that it had issued a check 2 weeks ago on my withdrawal request. When I called to inquire why the check has not been received, I was given a boilerplate answer from someone who was not really paying attention to my issue.
After I left a scathing review on Trustpilot, I was contacted by a manager - Samantha - who assured me that my issue WAS important and that she would do whatever was necessary to resolve it. And she has. She has been courteous and helpful and willing to take my calls at her desk personally. I could not ask for more from her to ease my mind about the funds withdrawal.
The GoldSilver support staff are some of the best around. They are easy to contact, and stick with the issue until a resolution is achieved. Outstanding group that makes doing business with GoldSilver a stress free experience.

I have been following you (Mike) since 2007 and it has taken longer than we all thought but we are exactly where you said this whole financial system would end up. I just want you to know that your "Hidden Secrets of Money" will go down in history as education for the people, and that particular series will out-live us all. Nice job. It used to be good before the new changes to their website. I give this site three stars because they ask for your Social Security number & that in my opinion is a violation of my privacy & I don't care how they put it or what American financial regulation & law that forced them to take goldsilver users information because I don't want my goldsilver account information being controlled by the American government & I thereby declare goldsilver vaults as pointless because the US government can always know where my precious metals are located at & that is too much for me to go through.
I like goldsilver as a vault if I were to have an expensive value worth of precious metals then that's where I will need this company's service again. I will for the meantime no longer use goldsilver because the US government is violating account users privacy or there is a potential of the US government bullying gold & silver owners in the future if there is an economic emergency.
Although, Mike Maloney thank you for doing your best at educating the public about sound money I still respect you keep up the good work. I hope goldsilver push harder to protect client privacy from the United States government or otherwise I think goldsilver is pointless because I have to give them my social security number.

Great customer service. They make it transparent and understandable. There might be hidden fees in the banking system, but reimbursed on the first transaction.
