Company claimed voucher was only worth a specific value. Had to go to bank to get evidence of what was paid. Thought it got sorted to only be told by company the voucher was used. Had to send evidence again to get it sorted. Would not trust this company. No explanation what happened or an apology. If the receiver was not aware what the voucher was worth, this would have gone unnoticed.

The flexibility is unbeatable. My dad loved being able to pick his favorite local course rather than being tied to just one place. It really made the gift feel more personal. He enjoyed it even more because it was his choice.

I’ve ordered these vouchers a couple of times now for birthdays and Christmas. Always well-received and easy to use. They’ve become my go-to gift for golf lovers. I’ve never had any issues with them.

We can’t review this Irish branch , however we would be clear that we can’t get email replies from their Scottish branch , there is no phone numbers and the branch addresses are incomplete on their web site .

We await redemption monies for the voucher that was given to an old lady as present .

No customer service from the St Andrew’s branch I would avoid this company .

The Irish golf voucher shop have emailed confirming that they will contact the uk branch to redeem our voucher , we hope that this happens . However it was a special birthday treat spoiled as the person who was gifted the voucher had to go back to the people who gave the voucher, as the voucher shop uk branch failed to answer 6 email requests . They inturn had to then chase the redemption of the gift voucher via email . No apologises from the golf voucher shop company I guess as a minimum they should be redeeming the voucher and send a box of prov1 golf balls as an apology . Let’s see if the money is sent to us to summerise it’s been incredibly poor service . There seems a reluctance by this company to provide traceable contact details telephone number or complete address either by email or website

Very straight forward to use my golf voucher with good email response from the company. Sent in my golf booking on a Wednesday and funds were in my bank account on the following Monday in time for my golf booking that week.

Attempted to contact via email to St Andrews office to have £50 voucher redeemed, considering the redemption form has changed, ie no longer asking for bank account details, I attached two receipts from the club house.
Totally disgusted by the unprofessional service especially when people have paid money to them to provide a voucher as a birthday present. I find it strange that a company can operate without having a dedicated phone number for customer service. Makes me think they’re of the opinion that recipients will forget or give up chasing refunds/settlement of voucher value. More I think of it SCAM jumps to mind.

Easy to redeem voucher, quick response time from company and very quick transfer of voucher value to bank account (within a couple of hours of request) would definitely recommend. Well done golfvouchershop.ie⛳️🏌️‍♂️🤙

Reading the reviews and seeing the form that needs completed, with bank details etc didn't sit well for me so I asked for a refund. I received an email back within 24 hours to advised its being processed, then a further email to say it has been completed to allow 5 working days. The refund is showing on my account within fews days. Reason for positive review.

I planned to use the voucher this weekend and instead I have to book venue in advance, fill a comprehensive form including my bank details. For €100 voucher gift I have to do all the organising instead of bringing the so called voucher to any golf club and using it!! Significant revenue will be made by this 'company' on used vouchers!!!

The below response that they reply to all emails within 48 hours is incorrect. Both husband and myself have sent emails and have had no reply. Very strange that there is no number to call. Our own fault for not reading reviews, but stay clear.
