Be very wary of this company

Zero stars tbh - they are based in Cyprus with a UK exchange phone number duping you to believe they’re in the UK. As such they’re probably not governed by the same travel regulators.
Stick with your local high street certified travel agents - stay clear of this dubious outfit.
If anything goes wrong they’ll advise you to wait until you get home - because then they’re in Cyprus and you’re not and will fob you off.
Been travelling over 35 years - this company it’s the worst I’ve ever

No Customer Service

Contacted Gonorthcyprus by phone 6 Jan 2023 to make a holiday booking at 3.30pm. Call was answered in about 45 seconds. Advisor took details then asked me to hold. Three minutes later, advisor stated that she will have to call me back. It is now Sunday 8 Jan and I have still not received a call back. Suspect advisor is working from home. Have decided to use another travel operator which is a shame because GNC offer a good variety of flights and hotels.
