Logan serviced my ac unit last week. He was great. This was my 2nd contact with him. I met him earlier in the year when he checked my system and gave me an estimate. He is always very professional and friendly. He explained everything about the service very well. i am very pleased to be part of the Goodfella'0902s family. Thanks Logan. Five stars to you.

We had a service tech out to our house for a repair call. Our system was 14 years old and had been repaired (not by goodfellas) every year for the past three years. The tech (Brent maybe?) was fast, professional, and honest. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he could do to fix it, and how much it would cost. Then he recommended we consider an new system and we decided to get an install estimate. The next day, Marty came out to our house, checked out our current setup and made recommendations. He was very honest, upfront and professional as well. It did not feel like a sales call and he also let us know we could still repair our current system, but at the systems age, it may not last long.
He thoroughly explained five different system options for our house and how those systems compared to our current system. After a but of conversation, we decided to go with a new system. We talked price and he was super honest and experienced. I asked about their price compared to independent contractors. He easily sold me on the value added to our purchase long term by doing it through their company as compared to an (acknowledged cheaper) independent contractor.
We also considered a couple different options for paying. It turned out that the financing that Goodfellas arranged was the best deal...I didn't think that would be the case, but...it definitely was, and was easy.
They completed the removal of our old system, two systems actually, the next day; and had the two new systems in and running cold, and quiet, the same day. The crew was super polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They left no mess behind and explained everything about the new system, and thoroughly tested it to make sure it was working correctly. You should have seen the rusted mess they removed from our house. I'm amazed that we even had one system working.
So, our experience was fantastic from start to finish. What I thought was going to be a giant pain in the rear, turned out to be a quick and painless turn-a-round. Our new system is quieter, more efficient, warrantied, and the price was right. I definitely feel that we made the right decision, with Goodfellas help, and our house is nice and cool again, and we have no worries.
