Terrible mistake
I rarely leave negative reviews, but given the amount of money and time I invested in this program, I feel it’s important to share my experience so other small business owners can make an informed decision.
The program is run by Nona and Grael. When I was considering enrolling, I asked if I could speak with past participants in the course. They were hesitant to provide references and ultimately shared three contacts, but those businesses were not former students of the course. They were companies the team was actively hired by to run marketing services for directly, which made it difficult for me to evaluate the course itself.
I enrolled after being told the program would provide a personalized marketing strategy tailored to my business. At the time I made it clear that the cost was a significant financial commitment for me, but I trusted the assurances that the system would help generate leads and grow my business.
In practice, the program felt largely standardized rather than customized. The marketing methods taught were extremely labor intensive and not realistic for someone running a small business with full time client responsibilities. The approach also relied on tactics that felt outdated and did not incorporate modern marketing tools or AI driven workflows that many businesses now rely on today.
I followed the recommended marketing routine for several months exactly as instructed. Despite the significant time investment, I generated zero leads from it.
When I later raised concerns and asked for a refund based on the results, my request was denied. I explained that I wanted to use that money to hire the proper professional marketing help my business actually needs, but I can’t because I already spent so much on Good Harvest Marketing. After I followed up 4 times to explain my experience and mentioned that I might share it publicly so other small business owners could make an informed decision, the response I received accused me of “extortion” and threatened to contact the FBI. That reaction was shocking and disproportionate to a client simply expressing dissatisfaction with a service. (By the way I was asking for a refund so that I could get the proper professional marketing help I need, but can't because I've wasted so much money on Good Harvest Marketing).
Since completing the program, I have spoken with several marketing professionals about the strategies that were taught and received consistent feedback that the approach was outdated and poorly suited for a modern small business environment.
Given the cost of the program, the time investment required, and the lack of results in my case, I cannot recommend it. It was a terrible experience.
