We’ve been using GoodHub for our fundraising and events and it’s worked really well for us. It’s straightforward, doesn’t take loads of time to manage, and just does what we need it to do.

As a small not-for-profit, we don’t have capacity for overly complicated systems, so having something that’s easy to pick up and use has made a real difference.

We have been using Good Hub for a year, and have had 3 events, a raffle and a crowdfunder in that time. The pages are so easy to set up, the company are constantly improving the interface and are very quick to respond whenever we need anything at all. There have been many times when I have been on the phone needing something changed very quickly and they always work hard to get things sorted for us. We wouldn't use any other company for our events and fundraising.

I was able to find the charity I wanted to support quickly. The site is super easy to use and my page was live in just a few minutes. When I did have a question I was able to speak to a real person, a refreshing change these days!

I genuinely can’t recommend Goodhub highly enough. Our charity, Cure Cancer, has been using the platform for several years, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. Compared to other donation platforms we’ve tried, Goodhub stands out by a significant margin in both performance and reliability.

John Fast&Furious running team raising funds on behalf of Cure Cancer

Our small UK charity raises money to help educate over 500 children per year in rural Uganda, and much is raised by regular and one-off donations.
When we need to add a new fundraising page its very helpful to know that we can always talk directly to a helpful staff member if we have any difficulties.
They are usually available and are very knowledgeable, especially for those who are not very 'computer literate' Their commission fees are also lower than many other similar companies

Chris Rose & Michael Cordell, the two Directors of Goodhub continue to act unfairly. They have not yet paid us £49687.50 due to us for July & August 2025 payments. We have answered their three questions five times including our Solicitor & Accountant but they continue to move the Goal Post every time and continue to exceed their authority, threatening behaviour etc. They have earned Over £150,000 in commission from us. Do not reply to our emails for the last three months (last email dated 4 November 2025). All of the customers should be careful of them.

We Have answered three questions from Goodhub five times including one each from Solicitor and Accountant. They continue to move the Goal Posts. They are exceeding their authority.
