Haven’t spent any money, however, the paragraphs are very short, ads when there shouldn’t be any ads, repetitive paragraphs just different characters and no end to the book after 275 chapters. Terri... See more

The story was decent but you have to spend coins for every chapter and the chapters are very short. I read quickly and finished of my $30 worth of 2000 coins in a few hours. I didn't even finish the... See more
Awarded 1 star simply because I cannot award less. I am utterly appalled by this platform! You are permitted to read 4/ 5 chapters for free, then to read more you are required to pay. That i ta... See more
I enjoyed reading the novel but I refuse to spend any more money. I’ve paid over $100. Im disappointed! No ending to the story. This is a scam as well as fraudulent.

REALLY REALLY ANGRY
This is just a con to suck as much money as possible. The books are not complete and when they do update they start again at chapter 1 and charge you again for what you have already read, this is easy for them as you can’t see your coins disappear. When I tried to complain I was put in touch with an iPad expert for only £1 for 3 days or £39 a month, I’ve paid enough
Scam company
Scam company - likely Chinese using AI to devise crappy but intriguing stories that eventually you have to pay for and then that payment gives you a few pages at most before you need to make another payment. Honestly, people behind this must be soulless - it’s so tiring when businesses don’t understand the simple principle that when you provide more than expected you generate more business. Enough said
Not Good!!!
What a rip off!! Really want to finish the book, but I'm already £40 in and only half way through the book.
GoodNovel purports to be free
GoodNovel purports to be free. It is if you can wade through about 20 ads ro get the 8 free chapters a day. Then of course you need to what the appropriate amount of time to get the 8 chapters but the time keeps changing. I am hooked on this one story. It might take me a year to get to the end but it will be the only book I read. I will delete the app as soon as it is done.
Waste of time and money
I tried to read a book. 326 chapters and $60 with no end in site. Waste of time and money
GoodNovel not really!
This is, without question, one of the most disappointing apps I have encountered. The cost to unlock individual chapters is exorbitant and wildly disproportionate to their value—at the same price, one could easily purchase several full-length books. Additionally, the subscription model is misleading: rather than providing access for the stated duration, it merely unlocks a limited number of chapters. To compound the confusion, the app offers multiple overlapping subscriptions that begin and end simultaneously, a structure that is both illogical and unnecessarily complicated.
Awful scam site
Awful scam site! Started reading and got to chapter 14 then it wouldn't let me read any further without purchasing coins. I purchased £9.99 worth with haven't appeared on my account and now its taken me vack to chapter 12 so if the coins do ever turn up I have to pay from there. Daylight robbery
One of the worst apps I have used for…
One of the worst apps I have used for reading.poor quality writing. I spent over 100 pounds for a book which stopped 3/4 of the way as they said it’s not been completed! Can you imagine??!! It’s a big big scam! DO NOT download it!
It’s a straight up scheme
It’s a straight up scheme. It advertises that you can download the book for free, but it’s a pay per tiny chapter scam. It would cost over $100 to read one book. It’s insane!
What a rip off!
What a rip off!! You need to keep buying coins to read, and it gets super expensive for a single book! It’s not worth the money. Don't bother with this app - stick to kindle, it’s better value!
Total con don't be sucked in
Total con don't be sucked in, they lure you with free chapters then when you are invested you will pay through the nose to keep going...
Dont bother
While the novel I am reading is enjoyable the site is rubbish it will take me months to read it for free and and to pay is extortionist far above what you would pay outright for the book. Unfortunatley I cant find the book im reading anywhere as I would buy it. These sitez reel you in with a good amount of chapters free then the cost comes in or your constantly warching ads to get coins to read for free on the whole waste of time reading from this site
Don’t be tempted by goodnovel!
I didn’t get far into the novel when I had to purchase it if I wanted to continue. $14.99. OK, it was an interesting. read so I paid it. A few chapters later, I was hit with another choice which was I pay $24.99 or be locked out … again. I was furious, but I paid it because I really wanted to know the ending of the story. Then the book disappeared and was replaced with another title at the beginning of the story. I’ve had enough so I contacted my credit card and got a refund.
Soulless and money hungry.
I signed up to GoodNovel as a writer and ended up signing a contract. Worst decision of my life. Offered 50/50 split of all profit, but what I didn't realise is that they added that they could charge anything they like to my half, which ended up leaving me with roughly 1%. Never saw any of the money my book earned, even with thousands of views.
They do not treat their writers well and expect them to churn out content for peanuts and be grateful for it. All the while, if you're one of the truly unlucky, they own all your work, and you can't do anything about it.
Total con artists
What a CON. How is this legal? I feel such an idiot. I started reading a book on Facebook and enjoyed it so downloaded the app to carry on reading it but the cost to carry on was £9.99 which is more than I’d usually spend on a book. Turns out the £9.99 didn’t buy me all the book just the next 30 chapters and if it want to read more I have to pay another £9.99. The chapters are a few pages long do I suspect reading the whole book would cost about £100. Scammers. Don’t be sucked in
Money cheat
The chapters get more and more expensive, after a while it becomes impossible to keep reading unless you want to spend crazy amounts of money.
The first 3-4 pay wall chapters you can read with your daily bonus but after a while it takes days to get a free chapter and the bonus you save disappear every few days...
