They shipped the wrong product and then refused to exchange or refund
I ordered some fabric, but when it showed up, it was COMPLETELY different. I emailed a picture of the fabric shipped and the fabric image online and they told me the differences was due to my camera and that they shipped the correct fabric. They then stopped answering my emails and phone calls.
