DO NOT USE good parking bcn

DO NOT USE good parking bcn. Absolutely terrible service. Not just a bad day at the office either. We did everything we were meant to but it took 1.5 hours to get our car from when we messaged them to say we were 20 minutes away (the notice they say they require) . Every time we phoned to ask where the car was we were told 10 minutes away.

À fuir !
C’est la deuxième fois que je fais appel à leurs services, et une nouvelle fois une grosse déception.

La première fois : 1 h 30 d’attente, sans aucune nouvelle ni réponse de leur part. Le retard était dû à un barrage de police, ce que je peux comprendre — les imprévus arrivent, pas de problème.
En revanche, ne pas répondre, c’est vraiment moyen.

Je décide malgré tout de retenter l’expérience quelques mois plus tard, en les prévenant 1 h à l’avance, comme la première fois… et là encore : 1 h d’attente ! Après 9 h de vol et à 8 h du matin, c’était clairement la dernière chose dont j’avais besoin.

Une fois de plus, aucune réponse à mes messages. Et pour couronner le tout, on me raccroche au nez alors que je demande simplement des nouvelles de ma voiture, après qu’on m’a demandé de patienter encore.

Je ne reviendrai pas une troisième fois.

Avoid at all costs!
This is the second time I’ve used their services, and once again it was a huge disappointment.

The first time: 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting, with no updates and no response from them. The delay was due to a police checkpoint, which I can understand — unexpected things happen, that’s fine.
But not answering at all is unacceptable.

I decided to give them another chance a few months later, informing them 1 hour in advance, just like the first time… and once again: 1 hour of waiting! After a 9-hour flight, at 8 AM, this was the last thing I needed.

Once again, no replies to my messages. And to top it off, they hang up on me when I simply ask for an update about my car, right after telling me to wait even longer.

I won’t be coming back a third time.

Es la segunda vez que utilizo sus servicios y, otra vez, una gran decepción.

La primera vez: 1 hora y 30 minutos de espera, sin ninguna noticia ni respuesta por su parte. El retraso se debía a un control policial, algo que puedo entender — los imprevistos ocurren, y no pasa nada.
Pero no responder en absoluto es inaceptable.

Aun así, decidí darles otra oportunidad unos meses después, avisándoles con 1 hora de antelación, igual que la primera vez… y nuevamente: 1 hora de espera. Después de un vuelo de 9 horas, a las 8 de la mañana, era lo último que necesitaba.

Otra vez, ninguna respuesta a mis mensajes. Y para colmo, me cuelgan el teléfono cuando simplemente pido información sobre mi coche, justo después de decirme que debía seguir esperando.

No volveré una tercera vez.

Never again

Never again! First of all, they told me that my car would arrive in 30 minutes and it took an hour and a half. The person acted as though he had my car “on the way” and all the information, but, messaged me several times asking me for details about my car, name, etc. Secondly, I paid as much for extending it one week as I did for four weeks! In the past, I was told that it would be less if I paid them directly as opposed to extending the reservation online. If that was “less”, that’s ridiculous. I extended my trip because my mother-in-law has cancer and we decided to stay for her surgery. I will never use this company again and I will recommend others stay away from them.

más de 50 minutos para recuperar mi coche

La recogida del coche fue correcta, pero tal como señalan muchas otras reseñas, la devolución fue muy deficiente. Llegué pasadas las 00:00 h, habiendo avisado con antelación, y me dijeron que tardarían media hora, pero la espera fue mucho más larga. Alegaron que el retraso se debía a un control policial, aunque siempre tienen alguna excusa.

Cuando finalmente llegó el conductor, le pregunté sobre la supuesta multa y me dijo que le habían sancionado. Dado que estaba conduciendo mi coche, le pedí detalles (hora, lugar...), pero se negó a darme información y me trató con muy malos modos. Además, es evidente que usaron el coche durante el tiempo que lo tuvieron aparcado, como ya han denunciado otros usuarios.

No entiendo cómo Parkos sigue colaborando con este aparcamiento que incumple, miente, maltrata a los clientes, utiliza indebidamente los vehículos y, según algunas reseñas en Google, ha recibido incluso multas durante el periodo en que los coches están bajo su custodia. Esto podría estar ocurriéndome a mí también si es cierto que multaron al conductor mientras me devolvía el coche.

Servicio nada profesional. Recomiendo utilizar únicamente empresas con puntuaciones superiores a 8. Muchas de estas empresas de aparcamiento ofrecen un servicio muy poco profesional y rozan lo delictivo.

The car pickup went smoothly, but as many other reviews have pointed out, the return process was extremely poor. I arrived after midnight, having notified them in advance, and was told the wait would be 30 minutes — it ended up being much longer. They claimed a police checkpoint was the reason, though there’s always some excuse.

When the driver finally arrived, I asked about the alleged fine and he said he had been ticketed. Since he was driving my car, I requested details (time, location, etc.), but he refused to provide any information and treated me disrespectfully. It was also clear that the car had been used during the time it was supposedly parked — something other users have also reported.

I don’t understand how Parkos continues to work with this parking company. They are unreliable, dishonest, mistreat customers, misuse the cars, and — according to some Google reviews — have even received fines while the cars were in their custody. This could be my case too, if it’s true the driver was fined while returning my car.

Very unprofessional service. I strongly recommend only using parking services with ratings above 8. Many of these car park companies operate in an unprofessional and almost criminal manner.

Terrible service

Terrible service. We had to wait around 2 hours to have our car back. In addition, it was extremely complicated to reach out to them. Zero professionalism.

Never again!

When we booked our parking the site stated it was English speaking. When we phoned as directed 30 mins before arrival there was no English speaker and we were shouted at in Spanish. We had to phone again as there was no one to meet us on arrival and when we did find a driver, they were not clearly identifiable ( other car parking companies staff were wearing clearly marked jackets), the Goodparking lady just had our name on a scrap of paper. On the return on Saturday evening we phoned as instructed from the baggage hall. Once again no English speakers. I was able to understand 30 mins wait. When we said this was long they said 20 mins. After 20 mins no one came. We waited 30 mins and called again. They said 5 mins. We called again after 40 mins and they said two minutes. We called again at 55 mins and they said they were at the entrance to the terminal. We waited over an hour before our car finally turned up. We had had a long flight and the last thing we needed was standing for over an hour waiting for our car. Other customers with other parking companies seemed to wait a short period of time, their cars arrived and they left. This was an appalling service made worse by the fact they kept lying about the arrival time. When the guy finally arrived with our car he just shrugged his shoulders and said they had a lot of work. We will never use this company again. One to be avoided.

Unreasonable charge after shortening parking days

I booked 8 days parking (including car delivery to valet and retrieval from valet) and paid 50€ at car delivery. Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled at check-in counter time due to aircraft issues and I called Goodparkingbcn to get my car back, it took them 40 minutes to bring my car. I asked if I would get any refund for non-used parking time (they had my car only around 6 hours instead of 8 days). The refused my claim arguing that they had fulfilled all their obligations.
I agree to being charged for their valet services + 6 hours parking even if it would be at a reasonably higher rate, but it is not acceptable to refuse any refund at all.
BCN airport area offers many similar services, make sure to check beforehand how they would charge any change in your booked days/hours.
