Wrong item shipped - I ordered two decorative lights and received two wooden spoons. Instead of sending me the lights, they offered to reimburse me 30%, then 60% of the price. The lights are still on their website. I had to go through Paypal to get reimbursed. Very disappointed and now ordering from another online store.
I purchased a Christmas truck decoration, nicely ilustrated, what I received it , first it took almost 1month and a half to be received, when I final received it .. it was a toy that is absolutly far away from ilustración. Very dissapointed and very disrespectful on company's behalf.

I've ordered a realistic Sphynx cat as it was advertised on their website back then, now they sell mainly bags and other accessories. Anyway what I've received was a 3D Printed Sphynx cat 5cm tall. And after writing an complaint email to a private Email-Adress because the company has no domain email, I got an answer with the following content:
Dear customer
Thank you for your mail
Just like your order
It's beautiful and cute
Hope you like it
Best wishes
