Called to arrange furniture pickup after mom passed. Was quoted price for pick up of all items. Paid $9.99 dep, balance due @ pickup. Rec'd text from Resupply their partner, confirming pickup date and time. Then I rec'd call from Shore Cleanup telling me some items cannot be donated, need to be recycled, for an add'l
fee. What?!?! I was already quoted price for all items, now more fees for recycled items? DO NOT CALL GW for furniture pickup. 3 companies are involved and they all get a cut!!!!! Canceled pickup, called local company, less red tape and cheaper.
