Excellent, friendly & straightforward service
My elderly father has had a telephone betting account with Goodwin Racing for over 5 years, he does not have a mobile phone or access to the internet so this has been a lifeline for him and has enabled him to continue following a sport he has a lifelong love for. Unfortunately, due to ill health, it was necessary to close his account this week. I contacted Goodwin Racing by email, received a swift and helpful reply from the team, and was able to deal with this easily via one short phone call and he received a refund of the balance the same afternoon. In a world where everything has become so incredibly complicated to do at times, it was refreshing to receive such great customer service (thank you to Zanda especially) and to be able to speak to a real human being straight away. Dad has always had such good and friendly service from Goodwin Racing and I would recommend them.
