Awful quality.

Awful quality.
The strap and metal badge fell off the first time I tried them on. They're going straight back!
Do not let the fancy advertising deceive you, definitely not top notch footwear.

I purchased from your outlet...I returned the goods 6 days ago and haven't heard anything regarding my refund.

Impossible to contact anyone and not responding to my emails

We received your return on the 2nd May and your refund was processed on the 6th May. It can take up to 14 days, which we state on the website. Your refund was processed in 4 days.

We also responded to your email after 3 days due to a high volume of enquiries we were dealing with.

Good quality sheepskin slippers

Easy ordering and efficient delivery time.
Sheepskin slippers were well made with a good sole and excellent value for money. Not sure if they would be suitable for wide feet as the forefront of the slippers were tight across the foot to start with and have given with wear but are definitely a narrower fit.
