This was scam web shop . I bought 2 item from September-11 until now not received. I try to contact customer service so many time no one help . Be careful anybody ..

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is a SCAM company. They have several names and close shops as soon as they have ripped people off. Like the world needs more evil, right? Well these folks are the lowest kind of scum. Paypal is working to get my money back. Purchases a gift for my 8-year old that never arrived. When I checked on the order? Store was no longer in existence. FB? you need to police this.

Took 2 months to receive the ear bud pro (came from China). One received, the left ear bud doesn’t hold a charge and the other ear bud has very spotty Bluetooth connection. I reached out to customer service and they offered me a $5 refund for the defective ear buds.Lol I paid $40. This is a very shady company! Beware before you buy.

It appears a number of these Fscebook advertised companies are all related as I've had the exactly same customer service email back from Goolerr about the ear pods that only work individually and Technogy co. About smart watch that hasn't the apps described and charger don't work.
Both said sorry and they would, if agreed send be $4/6 dollars compensation, for products that don't work?. Even if you send back is be surprised they would send out new ones. Other items from Technogy co not yet arrived??????

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was sold a product during a convo with this company. I was made several promises about the product and guarantee, which led me to purchasing 2 products. Once received, the products never functioned at all, yes both. Once I contacted gooler about a return I was told they would only refund what came to be 10% of the total cost because they will not cover shipping the product back. Somethin they failed to mention was they are positioned in a very specific part of the world that costs the rest the world an enormous shipping rate, while their rate to ship to the rest of the world is a fraction of the cost. So while they offer 100% customer satisfaction, it’s merely a smoke screen. The reality is they can offer that because no one would ever agree to pay that cost to ship. Proceed warned!!

Well I certainly wish I would have seen these other reviews BEFORE I ordered Ear Pods? However, I am currently awaiting my order...we shall see? Also, when asked on FB if they ship from USA, they responded yes, so I was shocked to see the China shipping address...

Based on my experience, this company is a total SCAM. The offer a 100% money back guarantee. However, when you try to return the item they will NOT give you your money back. Rather they offered me $6 back on a $67 purchase citing that it wasn’t worth my either my time or hassle or their time or hassle to go through the process.

Do not give them a dime unless you only want .01 back.

seems to be a complete scam. Do not buy anything from these people as the items just don't seem to ever arrive. they email you with info that I don't know if I can trust. JUST SEEMS TO BE A SCAM so rather avoid these people at all costs.

Fake! be careful! These items are no good. The ipod pro can only work on my left ear. The ipod doesn't charge up. I can't return both items, they won't give me an address to return. This is a big waste of money. They want me to pay for the return. Don't buy anything. I wish I read the right reviews before buying these products

fake! pathetic sound quality. They keep falling. When I tried to return them they would ask me to ship the product back to China and I would bear the return shipment cost. No customer service.
