Thank you all. I was going to order, but after looking at the reviews forget it.
I couldn't give them a 0, but that is what they deserve. They wouldn't show tracking of where my order was. Then says it was delivered 3 days ago, supposedly. They said they won't give me a refund. I DIDN'T GET THE PACKAGE! I have cameras all over my property! They lied! Lesson learned. I'm going to have to go through my bank. Going to let them handle it! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM GOOPATCH!
If I can give a score of zero, I will. I ordered 2 pre-lit urn fillers for $39.98. When the items arrived. It was not what I ordered or didn’t match the description on the website. My order was pre-lit, measuring 18 inches high and 21 inches wide. What I received was barely 8 inches high and about 12 inches wide and NOT pre-lit. I contacted them and Marina texted me back stating they cannot send a replacement item but will give me z 20% refund since the item I received is still useful. I did not accept the offer and demanded a full refund or to send a proper replacement order. I have never heard of such counteroffer. Still waiting for a resolution or my refund False advertising and switch and bait.
You must hear my story. I ordered 2 packs of #30 (red) in 16”. What i received is a pack of blond and a pack of black. Immediately I emailed to let them know I received the wrong order. Their reply was “sorry we are out of your color but enjoy the blond and black”! WTH is wrong with this company? I don’t have blond or black hair - duh! I can’t use black or blind hair because I have red hair!! Are they really that stupid? Do not ever order from Goopatch. What a total scam.
Don’t buy. Save your money. It’s nothing like in advertised. It has tape that’s very visible and damaging to hair. If you have thin hair you can see the tape. It’s awful. In advertisements it looks really invisible lace. But it’s not lace. It’s tape.
I wanted to give NO STARS! They are like regular tape in extensions, they do not look like their little FAKE videos. I wanted to use them near my part (according to their video) and it they would not go on that way, they have the big block tape. Giving me the run around for a refund, they won't provide label and tell me it's going to cost me $20 to mail back to them (out of the country) and a month to receive my refund.
I never received my order. After over a month I contacted them and they had no idea what happened to my order. They had to issue a refund. I'm so disappointed because I ordered it for a special occasion and never got it.
Horrible. Wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered. They sent me the wrong color and tried to tell me that's what I ordered. All I wanted was the right color and all they did was offer a partial refund minus shipping. I got $4 back. Waste of time and money!!!
Ordered the 10 pack of blonde hair patches, Received 1 piece of dark brown. They will not refund nor send what I ordered. They offered refund of 50% of the product only, not including shipping I paid. I said NO and have numerous communications with same argument. I am now seeking Legal processes. China needs to stop scamming America!!
I would give zero stars if it were possible. I didn’t even open the hair to see if it was truly the new injected, invisible tape-in hair extensions. I didn’t open them because they were both the wrong color and length! Neither one was one of the 2 colors I ordered, and they sent me 22” long when I paid for 24” long! It was like they arbitrarily picked two packages and sent them to me. I should’ve come to TrustPilot first and read these reviews before paying them anything. Yes, it took a month for me to receive them, too. I was so excited until I opened the package and saw that the two packages of “invisible” hair extensions were not what I ordered: 2 wrong colors and 22” long instead of 24”. So I immediately contacted the company, and they offered me 20% of my money back. I told them no, this isn’t what I ordered and I’ll never use them! I want what I ordered. They came back with 40%. So I said I would take 50% of my money back, and they said no, I would have to pay to ship them back to China to get my money back. Thank God I used PayPal to pay for them! I’ve opened a case, and I expect PayPal to do the right thing and get my money back.
Absolute waste of my $89 Aus.Paid for express shipping but took forever to arrive. It does not stick at all. Falls off straight away. Utter waste of money!!!
This is a fraud the hair is nothing like they show it to be, the shipping is horrible even when you pay express shipping, the amount of money is not worth it, the tape is NOT invisible, it fell off immediately it would stay worst mistake ever please DO NOT BUY...!
If I could give zero stars I would. I fell for this scam after seeing an ad on Instagram for “invisible” hair extensions. It took a month for me to receive the product. Upon opening the extensions are far from invisible. The part that shows after sticking the extensions in looks like black electrical tape. On their website and advertisement, the hair is attached to a completely see through mesh tape that looked like natural hairline. I pad almost $50 for garbage. There were also no instructions or anything on how to put them in. I emailed their “support” but doubt I will get a response.
