I visited GO Outdoors in Barnstaple needing help to find a suitable chair as I currently have a broken back. Leo was exceptional from the moment I asked for assistance. He took the time to carefully help me find the right chair, and then stayed with me to gather several other items I couldn't reach on my own. Order Delayes but Resolved
Our order was delayed by a day, not a problem with the young girl and gentleman working at 14:30 on Saturday 4th July. They both made our experience much better, even with the gentleman helping us refund our order and purchase a different one! We agreed that the staff at Barnstable Go Outdoors are amazing and super friendly!!

Ordered an item online to collect …
Ordered an item online to collect at the store.
Went to collect 45mins later, travel time.
Only to be told that the had not arrived yet 🤔. There was a basket full of them by the entrance, questioned the response, them told the paperwork wasn't ready.
Had order details on my phone, then told they had no proof of payment, showed bank account as payment proof.
Eventually allowed to leave with item.
