It was a shame that the bivvy that I wanted was not in store, the staff was very helpful and even looked to see if it was in over stores, however it wasn't. So I ordered it from the go out doors webpage. Was easy to find what I was looking for and to place the order too. Was then delivered with in 3 days. So was very happy. Only thing I can say i was not happy with was there delivery company left the parcel up agent the from door when I was not in, some how it was still there when I asked a neighbor to go and pick it up, 15 minutes after it had been delivered. When I had the notification to say it had been delivered. By some miracle, no one had taken it, as it was a very big box.

Shop was closing down, went downstairs to where the walking boots were. Some shoes had sizes on the signs saying what sizes were left. The two i picked up did not so waited at till, i asked if they had them in 6 and he said not for one. Whilst he was putting the other one back a woman asked him about sizes in walking boots she wanted but he hadn't checked if the size was available in the other walking shoe i had given him. He went in store room for her boots and i had to say to him he was suppose to be serving me. Found it rude and poor customer service. I did get some walking boots but disappointed in his attitude especially when he was so cheerful with previous customers

I bought a jacket a week ago, just back from my holiday. It was fabulous, worked well Scotland, and the lads in the shop were so helpful to an older lady in need of a waterproof jacket. Very much recommend the helpful staff.

I had a great experience at Go Outdoors recently. Kyro let me know about the newest T-shirts, super helpful and clearly up to date with the latest stock. Alan was also very helpful and provided excellent product knowledge when I asked about chest wallets. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made my visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store for both products and great customer service!

When I walked in a young man long hair was very rude and ignorant. Didn’t say hello but didn’t even make eye contact. When I selected the trousers I wanted to try on I asked where the changing room was and he walked me to the area and opened the door without making eye contact, speaking or acknowledging me. When I went to the till an older man in his 40s was pleasant and explained the membership

Lamisha is a asset to your company ! I came looking for a specific hat and could only find the green colour and i wanted it in black, i asked a member of staff and he replied only what is out is a available. Lamisha herd and came to me and asked what hat i described it and she said yes she has seen the hat and will find it for me, she has a vast knowledge of the shops stock and found the hat efficiently. I was very please and she had saved a sale. Her customer service was absolutely spot on. Great work !

I was served by Alan. He was extremely helpful and kind during my time there. He took so much time out of his day to locate one missing shoe that was the only one left and the one I really loved. Thankyou for all your help Alan.

Kyro was helpful and nice to talk to. I got some great bargains from the sale rail but the rest of the shop was poorly stocked with in particular womens lightweight waterproofs, which was what I was after. The area by the fitting room at the rear looked tatty, with some dismembered mannequins and old signage. Looks like the store is about to go bust. A shame as it's about the only outdoor shop left in the city centre.

Offer for the packets of food was buy 1 get one half price for members. Staff couldn't get this to ting through on the till, so couldn't get the offer, that they agreed was advertised. Got home to find one packet of food punctured so inedible. Didn't have enough for the DofE expedition. V disappointed. Won't go back to that store.

Lovely lady called Lamisha assisted in ordering some fleece tops she was very helpful and the tops are perfect for my sons trip

My wife and I bought three jackets at Birmingham’s Go Outdoors and we were helped by Leah. She helped us become a member and we enjoyed the amount of discount for that.
The quality of the products are extremely high and Leah’s friendly behaviour was really welcoming!

Staff was helpful and made me aware of the membership benefits which includes latest products and promotional offers. Also, really nice and affordable items to select from available in the store.
