The staff who assisted me name morgan help me to choice a nice warm jacket that that perfect of my size. For me as an asian im not that tall person is hard for me to pick the size that i need. Morgan your staff and the casher staf help me to get a member card so i can get a great discount and morgan explain about the member shif and the benifit thank you morgan and the casher for assisted me

My wife is looking for a new pair of walking trainers. She broke her foot in 2025 which has resulted in certain shoes causing sensitivity.

We were lucky enough to have Andy helping us, his product knowledge was excellent, he took time to understand the conditions impacting my wife and the pros and cons of the different brands and the individual walking trainers within each brand. Really impressive customer service.

Friendly and efficient helpful staff. Knew their business, will be going back. Luke was particularly helpful.

Sales adviser Ewan from Cheltenham Go Outdoors provided us with amazing service.
He was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products we asked him about. My husband felt he received a personal shopping experience from Ewan who helped with purchases. We would definitely be returning to this store and recommend to others.

Instore experience was fine. Unfortunately they left the security tag on an item which necessitates a 45 mile 1 1/2 hour round trip to the nearest branch to have it removed.

Very helpful staff today at Cheltenham Store. In particular young man on boots ( previous experience with different staff not so good) He was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. And again in the till I was served by Like who had to do exchange. Very helpful indeed.

Ash was very polite and assisted me in my purchase. The store is lovely and clean, tidy and organised unlike my local store I usually go to.

Luke and Ash were very helpful, when purchasing my dry robe- freespirit. I did not have my membership card with me but they found my details after entering my postcode My membership had expired but they were able to process a further year for me. The both of the were very professional and pleasant. A credit to the GoOutdoors team

Popped into the Cheltenham branch for the first time. Literally everything you need for the outdoors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to join the members club in minutes at the till and made a good saving too! Highly recommend and good to see them on the high street.

Knowledgeable staff which was very useful while shopping for Childs coat and gloves.

Recently bought some burghaus walking boots. Lian took the time to really go through my options of what would best fit my feet and needs. I've finally been able to take them out for a test walk and the assistant he's given me with best socks and best lacing techniques meant they are like having clouds on my feet. Can't recommend his customer service enough.

Great customer service from Luke. The shop had exactly what I wanted and when I was ready to pay, Luke gave the best customer service I've received in a shop in a long time! Such a lovely, funny person, I'd forgotten what it's like to laugh with a stranger over silly things!
