Went in today to send some parcels and was helped by Emma she was lovely and really helpful

Very poor item purchased via click and collect. Returned item back to store and staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. I am still waiting for an email stating I returned to store Even though returned item 5 days ago!!!! Husband phoned customer service (and after on phone for over 30 mins) was told the lady he was spoken to on the phone had activated the return and would get an email regarding return. That was 3 days ago and still no email so heaven knows when I will be refunded!!! My husband asked for a manager to contact him and were told we would hear from them within 72 hours. Over this now and still no contact!!!! I have reported all of this via email on app and still not heard anything from anyone. Very, very poor service. I wouldn’t bother ordering something online or click and collect as service is appalling!

Sarah who served me at the Canley store was excellent, very helpful she should receive employee of the month having to contend with staff that truly have no interest in their role the
Young men and girls on the other check out were visibly on their phones etc totally ignoring the customers waiting not a good impression to customers as a manger myself I would be appalled to think my staff where ignoring clients leaving one lady (Sarah ) to serve on her own especially when there was more than one customer waiting!! For staff to congregate around one till by the entrance is not good customer practice for those entering or leaving the premises.

One lady shop assistant was very helpful . Another lady at the till was very polite and professional.

This purchase could not have been smoother. From ordering on-line to pick-up at my local store, everything went exactly as it should. The members' discount was a great help as well.

Did not receive email notification that the order was ready for collection.

Excellent quality and wide range of products. Really good prices, often cheaper than online. Great customer service.
The particular item I wanted is £5 online. In Go Outdoors it was 97p. My membership card paid for itself almost in a single purchase.

The store was easy to navigate and had great stock.
Becky who was on checkout on the day was lovely and took the time to advise us on offers available on tent accessories and on the benefit of renewing my membership on the spot. Good shop great service, will be back.

I visited GO Outdoors in Coventry, (my local store) in mid July. They hold a good selection of items and the staff are always excellent. Suzanne , the lady who regularly works in their footwear section, is always very helpful and knowledgeable and I have made numerous purchases based on her advice and assistance, all have been good buys.
When I came to checkout my goods Sarah was also very helpful and efficient, sorting out membership and making the experience enjoyable whilst taking an active interest in me as a customer. It’s nice to be treated so well in a shop these days.

None of the sports shoes on display in the shop had the available size range next to it. The assitant told me that the only way to find out whether you had any in the shop to fit size 49 was to choose a shoe, go and look out the back, and so on for every shoe. I walked out.

They no longer sold what i needed but helped is find an alternative place, customer service excellent, So friendly paid great attention to the dog who is the most important person in our house even offered to help my hubby with my mobility scooter.

Having assumed I would need to just get things online, it was great to be able to come in, find what I needed and decide between different options. Team member Jack was really helpful with things I needed to try on and in offering information and advice to help me decide between different options.

This was my first time coming to the store and it got me excited for future camping trips.
My cashier, Sarah, was lovely and signed me up for the membership which was definitely worth it.

I ordered some trousers . It was a quick delivery.
