Great customer service
Stopped by to pick up some items for this weekend and picked up a tarp.
Got to the till and the price on the till was different to the shelf. Jack and Tamzin were great, they double checked the shelf and the item. The tarp/product had been updated/improved and also had a new price, but the ticket hadn’t been changed.
Tamzin was unable to override the price to the shelf price, as it is a different product but gave me a 20% discount on the item as a way of compromise, very much appreciated as it was near to the price I had seen on the shelf ticket.

Great experience - super helpful
Great experience. Asked two staff for help and although they did not have the exact product I was looking for they directed me to alternatives. And theb when I got to the till, Lucy noticed I was about to buy two right feet boots instead of a right and a left. It was hard to tell so I'm so glad she realised otherwise I would have really had a problem! Thank you all.

Great service
Sometimes there's a worry when going to a big box retailer that one loses a little of the personal touch but there's no fear of that when visiting Go Outdoors Harlow for a bike. Paul, who initially set up my son's bike was absolutely superb, ensured everything was just right and gave us lots of local trail advice. Then when there was an issue with a component he was quick and helpful in getting it sorted. Thanks Paul - you're a real credit to the store.

Incredible service from Paul
I was lucky enough to chat to Paul a few
Months ago about a bike purchase. Not only did I subsequently buy a bike from go outdoors but I also asked Paul to service my Orange Five mountain bike. He went well beyond my expectations and I am now delighted with my bike again - it literally feels like new!
Can strongly recommend Go Outdoors and in particular Paul for bike servicing. (He didn’t pay me to say this lol).

Helpful service
Dave served my husband with a pair of walking boots and myself with walking shoes and boots. He advised me on a better sole than the one I had chosen which was very helpful. Slightly more expensive but felt more stable.
Dave was very helpful, with a friendly manner. There was a good selection of brands over a range of prices. Will definitely recommend other walkers we know to go to Go Outdoors for shoes and boots, and to ask Dave for advice.
