I went in to get my husband reel as a surprise but didn’t have a clue. It was great when a team member, Dave, offered me amazing support to make sure I got the right one. My son went into the Kidderminster store looking for walking boots for his D of E.very helpful ladies including Angie and another lady whose first day it was in the shoe department.he tried on some walking boots which were too wide for him.Angie showed the other lady how to measure feet using the insole and she was able to find him another pair which fitted him better.she also showed him how to lace the boots properly.very happy with the service.there was also a lady on the till very helpful who gave us a discount card when me son mentioned he was doing d of e even though he couldn’t find his discount card.will definitely be returning if needed.

Tyler listened to my requirements and soon had me trying on a lightweight pair of trail shoes.
As a women's size 8 fits me for leather winter boots, this is where we went with my new Peter Storm trail shoes.
They are a great fit and very comfortable, now that I've worn them 3 times.

Went into Go outdoors for a tent. Both Dave R Fishing and another member of staff were super helpful when deciding which tent I wanted. 10/10 do recommend, great staff and great prices.

My son has been really keen on fishing and David R in Fishing spent time talking my son through the right gear he needs next and even recommended where to go.
