Wonderful experience with Beau…
We had a wonderful experience with Beau at the store in Lincoln. She helped us pick out walking boots, socks and insoles which we’re extremely happy with and she was lovely to be around, chatting about our walking holiday and making the entire shopping experience a lovely one.

It's been a while since we went camping…
It's been a while since we went camping and so needed to buy everything again. We needed some advice and found Dave. He was absolutely brilliant. He spent loads of time with us, explaining everything and whenever we asked where we could find something, he took us to it and made recommendations and also suggested things we hadn't thought of. Really friendly and helpful.

Tried to buy a Leisure battery plus other items
Till assistant helpful within parameters of useless and excellent service. He tried but Company system mitigated against customers wanting COLLECT ITEM.
I wanted a leisure battery which is in catalogue but COLLECT ONLY.
NO PROBLEM WITH COLLECT but go outdoors system dies NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO KNOW WHERE ITEM IS STOCKED. Irresponsible to drive miles for items which are mostly sold LOCALLY, so come on GO, get this simple thing sorted

DONNA at the lincoln store
Visited the Lincoln store today and what a pleasure it was. I arrived feeling quite stressed and overwhelmed but met Donna in the shoe department, she as extremely helpful and friendly and actually made my visit. Thank you Donna.
All staff were friendly, store was well stocked and being dog friendly was a bonus. Will definitely return .
