Bought the kettle in good faith, but on receipt it was so small, so didnt suit our requirements.

Bike purchase
Last weekend I purchased a bike for my son and Philip at the bike sales and repair was extremely helpful. The bike handle bar was very wide and he kindly short it for us and when he handed over the bike to my son he had a very nice conversation with him and he make sure that he knows how to ride it safely. Philip is a great asset to GoOutdoors in Penrith. He has a great knowledge about the bikes and he has an excellent customer service.

Walking Shoes Purchase
I was served by Michelle today who helped me buy my first pair of walking shoes - I previously have used boots and decided to make the switch! She had great knowledge on the product and was able to refer to her own experiences with the product which supported my decision! She checked the shoes over for me, told me what to be looking out for in terms of wear and just simply what made them different! She also helped me chose the correct socks to go with my shoes! On top of it all she was very friendly and so lovely to my golden retriever and my baby!
