What a great member of staff at the Swindon store
Review is for the Swindon store and staff member Jake.
Just incredibly helpful and knew the product extremely well. Purchased the Cadac 2 Cook 3 Pro Deluxe , Gas and accessories which can be a bit overwhelming if it’s not something you have done before. Jake went through all the various options and what suits a holiday or a day trip .
He is a credit to Go Outdoors and couldn’t be more helpful. A fantastic experience at the store with great member of staff, highly recommend the product.

I am new to riding and was looking for a helmet. Asking the staff I was redirected to Alice who was not only super friendly but listened and patiently helped me with fitting through the different kind of helmets. Not only did she checked every helm on my head for correct fitting but also advised very well on all my questions.

Running shoes

My order was split due to multiple…
My order was split due to multiple products, I was informed when the first 3 products arrived, which were on time. However, I was not notified when my other items reached store. I only found out they’d arrived when I phoned customer care. This was after waiting for the final day off estimated delivery to be reached. This was on the day of departure for my fishing trip. Customer care agent was helpful, store need to ensure follow up and booking in of following items.

Julie was great , I’ve always found the customer service average but she went above and beyond. Helping me with my shopping as it was so heavy and I was recovering from knee surgery (bare in mind I went in before and no one noticed) friendly and helpful will be ensuring I see her again when I next need sawdust
