Self-Seal Does Not Work

Re: eBay Item: "STRONG GREY PLASTIC MAILING BAGS POLY POSTAGE POST POSTAL SELF SEAL - ALL SIZES"

The sealing strip on these bags is inadequate. I've been using similar bags from various suppliers for nearly 10 years and these are the first that simply don't work... by whch I mean that if applied, when you even gently pull on the sealing flap, the glue gives way and the flap opens. This means having to add additonal reinforcement by means of tape which wastes my time.

If I were still able to, I would have given negative feedback on this item for this reason.

I have messaged the seller about this, too.

I also note that the picture of the item (in terms of what the sealing strip looks like before using) does *not* reflect what is actually sent.

My advice is: avoid!

No refund if you don't receive the goods

I bought some envelopes from this company a couple of months ago and when they didn't arrive I contacted them to sort it out. They gave me a tracking number, claimed that they had been delivered and suggested I contact their courier company.
Yes, they actually couldn't be bothered to check it for themselves and told me to do it.
I have spent weeks trying to get to the bottom of it and ultimately get a refund.
I had to leave a terrible review for the courier company, here on Trustpilot to get them to look into it and managed to get them to finally admit that they probably hadn't delivered it. Their driver claimed to have delivered to our out-of-the-way rural property to our shed. Only, we don't have a shed. Added to that there is always someone in the house, so I knew they had not tried to deliver and certainly not to our non-existent shed.
So I got back to GoPackaging and asked again for a refund. They said the courier had contacted them and could they have my papal address to make the refund. I wondered why they couldn't just refund from the original purchase, but was just happy to be getting a refund ..... or so I thought.
Over the next week I kept chasing them as the refund was not processed and got every excuse from "I'll look into it" to "It will be processed very soon" & "I'll see what's happening" and finally back to "let me have your paypal details to refund"
I had made the original purchase on Ebay and had opened a case for non-receipt which Ebay closed in this seller's favour (paperplasticpk) because the courier had claimed to have delivered, so as a side note, Ebay's money back guarantee means absolutely nothing if the courier's van driver says he delivered.
In final frustration I wrote a bitter complaint letter to Ebay about both their practises and this company's and they refunded me themselves in the end.
But this company never sent me a replacement or refunded my money. Beware!
