I bought vape

I bought vape. It’s stopped working after one day . They asked me for box, serial number, authenticity seal whatever it is . Who keeps boxes of vapes ?
I was refused my money back if I’ll not provide this details . I was regular customer for ages. Now I’m done .

Go puff will deliver the wrong packages

Go puff will deliver packages that are incorrect and will not refund you for the sending the incorrect product. Chat support is not help, go puff is by far the worst delivery service app. In the last 30 days, gopuff has taken approximately 200$ from me. Horrible company.

Do I really need to add to all these…

Do I really need to add to all these negative reviews? I feel I must. Items took out of my bag either by Mohammed the driver or the guy packing my order. 2 items missing. Customer service was useless. Pretty much said tuff luck.

If I could give a zero I would. I'm going to take them to Small Claims Court. They said they'd credit me for the missing and damaged items. Kept saying sorry sorry we'll make this right then they went radio silent.

'Treated after seven loyal years and paying membership every month ...

I have been a loyal customer for seven years and regularly placed orders, sometimes up to three times in one evening. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

The driver arrived with groceries that were clearly not mine. The order had the wrong name and wrong address on it. When I pointed this out, the driver said he had been told it was for me and became rude. I instructed him to return the order to the depot, expecting that once it was returned, the mistake would be identified and corrected.

However, a week later I am still waiting for my £18.86 refund, and my original order has not been returned or resolved.

I have also noticed changes to the PIN system. Previously it used the last four digits of my number, but it is now random. Since these changes, the service seems to have declined significantly. It is very disappointing, as I used to enjoy shopping with you.

If I can give a negative I definitely would Gopuff takes for advantage of his drivers time gas and money treating drivers like modern day slaves paying pennies as $1 billion company to deliver its orders miles and miles away for two dollars ceo of Gopuff needs to bring his bi*** ass out of the high throne and deliver these orders for two dollars and see how insulting and degrading this shit is this makes no sense drivers partner with Gopuff to earn money not be treated Like cotton picking modern day slaves

Complete fail

What in the world? We paid a fee for PRIORITY delivery (15-24 minutes); over an hour later and it’s STILL NOT HERE?!? We should have read the reviews first. What a sorry company and service.

As driver for Gopuff they not really…

As driver for Gopuff they not really pay. The base in 3order are 3.72 for more than 3 miles and the most customer don’t give tips. If you receive order for 2/2.72 or 3 order for about 3.73 or 3.75 is only what you make also gopuff not pay for toll and most order they send you in place you have to pay in 4 hour the most you are $28.00 and the tips not 100% for you. They not pay goood at all. They keep the money for them that’s not right and are very disorganized

This is not a reliable delivery…

This is not a reliable delivery service!!I ordered a surprise gift for a friend in Phoenix (I’m in SFO). Gopuff canceled my order without calling me. They left a vm for me after the fact. when I contacted customer support they insisted they tried and tried…and my IPhone shows no missed calls. Never again.

Order never arrived! They claim it did!

Gopuff claimed my order was delivered….. but it wasn’t! I’ve been charged and they claim that because a PIN was given they cannot help me. But how can a PIN code have been given if I was never sent one?
Like others have mentioned, when on the customer chat the assistant disconnected me, leaving me helpless. I’ll be disputing the claim with my bank.

Bait and switch

Bait and switch. Nothing is ever in stock (or they hook you in to waste your time on the site and discover they 'hide' items to fall in line with some stupid local laws that nobody else cares about). Garbage site if I've ever seen one.

I ordered a Starbucks drink from the location I get deliveries from. Same drink I order once a month. When I got it this time it was some clear liquid. They reissued another one but the second one I got ended up being the same thing. They refuse to issue a refund. Had I known they were going to mess the order up a second time I would've just got the refund.

GO PUFF IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

Go Puff is the absolute worst delivery service in the histiory of deliver services. I've used them in the past and they either picked the wrong items, the delivery person's GoPuff app doesn't work on their phone so they can give me the order until they get a connection or the order never came. THEY SUCK!!! I placed an order today and it said it would be here in 20 mins. Almost 2 hours later, it never came. DO NOT USE THIS TRASH APP DELIVERY SERVICE!! Save yourself the headache. They really really suck!! WHY ARE THERY STILL IN EXISTENCE!!!! Any company they partner with should kill that partnership because GoPuff will ruin their reputation. They have a 1 star rating and yet do even have a customer service department to handle all their thousands of delivery issues they get on a daily basis. I'm sticking with Uber Eats.

THEY BS ON WAIT TIMES .3 HOURS AND NEVER GOT MY ONE ITEM..

Waited 3 hours for one pack of cigarettes..that never came and they just kept changing delivery time up longer and longer. Ridiculous then wana make u wait to get ur money back on services that were canceled ..because they stalled delivery 3 hours ..and it was literally one item.Never using this service again.Customer service was no help. And said Id have wait 3 to 5 days get my money back for services they never completed. Complete bs.

Horrendous Customer Service

I signed up for a membership on a Black Friday discount that ended up not being honored. A few months later, I was charged $40 with no warning about my membership changing. I don’t even know what I was switched to, nothing in my account explained it. Customer service acted like they cared but clearly just copied and pasted scripts (sometimes leaving quotation marks in their replies), ignored my concerns, ended the conversation abruptly, and offered zero resolution. I immediately canceled my membership and deleted my account. Completely frustrating and unprofessional.

Horrible

Horrible, I will never use this company for any deliveries. BEWARE!!!! I ordered $50 worth of items, and never received anything. Their delivery person delivered to the wrong house some random house, the delivery picture did not match my house at all! I reached out to customer support and I got the run around, I screenshotted multiple chats where I kept saying that I never received my order. The supervisor then stated that I got a $7 refund for molded strawberries. I stated that is incorrect, I never received any items. I was then told they can’t help me. So yes I’m not happy that I got stolen from by GoPuff. Horrible customer support with no real solutions. I will be cancelling my membership and going with another company that has better support when their delivery partners mess up!!!!! I encourage everyone to NEVER use this company EVER again!
