January 22, 2026 I gave a 1 star review. Since then some of my issues have been resolved. I still have a purse I have not received but tracking it now hopefully I will receive since the zip code issue has been addressed. The quality of the 1 bag is beautiful I am hoping for the same quality when I get the other bag. They did communicate quite often and appreciate them attempting to fix the issue. I would definitely order again.

I ordered a bag from this company and am absolutely in love with it. They sent me shipping information and quality control video as soon as my order was filled. High quality bags. Fast shipping. Great customer service!! I already put my next order in. Will definitely be a repeat customer. This is my go-to site for quality bags.

I found out about Gorchic on TikTok. I decided to treat myself to several pieces of amazing jewelry and a Chanel bag. These were all early birthday presents for me.

Their customer service is amazing. Despite the time zone difference, we were able to communicate quite well.
Unfortunately the bag I wanted was out of stock so I got another bag off my wishlist. There were some shipping issues but they handled them quite well which has made me a customer for life. The quality of the jewelry is impeccable. I get a ton of compliments and refer them to Gorchic. I will definitely be buying from them again!

I would not order from this company they put the wrong zip code on the package you have to jump hoops to get your order or money back.

I just received my soft sided gray speedy from Gorchic and I am absolutely in love. I’ve placed four orders through this company and have yet to be dissatisfied. Their customer service is top-notch and you always get a response no matter what your concern is. My last item did take a little bit longer. It took about just under a month but it was well worth the wait
