Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Behaviour

I engaged the services of John Gordon and his accounting firm for several years, paying thousands of pounds for what was promised to be reliable and professional assistance. However, when I made the decision to close my Ltd company, I was met with complete disregard and unprofessionalism.

Despite my repeated attempts to contact him via email and phone calls, I received no response. John Gordon effectively cut off all communication without explanation, leaving me stranded and unable to resolve my company's financial affairs. This lack of professionalism and failure to provide any support when needed most has been incredibly disappointing.
