Fair price, prompt delivery.
It's hard to find the toothpaste I purchased anywhere else. The price was fair, and delivery was prompt with good communications about the order and delivery. Would have been 5 stars if delivery was free.

uncertain that its genuine
Not convinced that the perfume I purchased is 100% genuine. I purchased two 90 ml of Classique by Jean Paul Gautier , My friends and family have commented that they can't smell my usual perfume , of which I have worn on and off for the last 20 years. I shall return the unopened one for a full refund

The item you have purchased is an Eau de Toilette, which has less concentration than an Eau de Parfum; so this perhaps explains why you find the item you've received to be different to what you'd expected.

Poor staff experience
Went to Gordons Springhill to get Beconase Spray as recommended by my GP. He told me my current spray has no steroid so will not be effective against my sinus condition. I went to the pharmacy and after a while the staff who also consulted with the Pharmacist informed me that i need a prescription for Beconase Steroid spray. I came home and rang the doctor again who was a little surprised at the lack of knowledge of the Pharmacy and even a quick google search tells me that The active ingredient in Beconase is a corticosteroid / steroid. I suggest you train your staff.

Free products are deliberately not delivered
Very bad online shop, they offer free products for ordering, these are then also included in the order confirmation. However, the free products are simply left out upon delivery. The free product is simply crossed out by hand on the delivery note
