Ordered pair of Yuma Gloves not even a month and they started to fall apart and rip terrible material and when I messaged them they said they would send new ones but been over a month and now they won't answer and can't put a review on official website terrible company and bad customer service seems like not the only one who's dealt with bad customer service stopped recommending them to my clients and fellow gym members!

The shipping was fast, but
The shipping was fast. The sizing of the swimsuit was way too small, even though I'm smaller than the model who was wearing the same size(S) as the swimsuit I purchased. So I returned the product the same day as it arrived, cost me another 7 euro to ship it back. A little painful lesson that I learned, that, I shouldn't be believing the size that the website shows. I also haven't got the refund after a week.

Worst Customer service ever
I ordered a muscle shirt and copied my email address into the order form, just like I always do for online purchases. For some reason, GorillaWear’s website automatically changed the address – but only in their system. The PayPal payment went through with the exact same copied email address without any problem. That shows it was clearly a bug on their website.
Nothing arrived, and after 12 days I asked where my order was. The reply I got was unbelievable: they told me to just drive around to DPD pickup stores in my area and check. No tracking number was ever sent to me by email, even after I asked.
Only after I opened a PayPal case did I suddenly receive a tracking number from some customer service agent. What a coincidence. The tracking showed the package had been sitting at a DPD store for 7 days and was already on its way back. I never had a chance to pick it up, because DPD never left a pickup notice.
GorillaWear should seriously think about using another delivery service – and more importantly, about training their customer service. Telling a customer to “just check random pickup stores” without even providing a tracking number is beyond rude and unprofessional.
