I have been using Got Print since 2005

I have been using Got Print since 2005. I cannot understand all these one-star reviews. As a print broker, I have gotten excellent printed work from them and I have been connected to a customer service rep. anytime I had an issue (which is very rare). Are these one star reviews a competitor's attempt to undermine Got Print's reputation? I don't know. But if you are thinking of giving these guys a try, do it with confidence. Over the years, I have tried other printers. When it comes to quality, price and overall value, I do not know of another printer that would beat these guys.

Once you get your product

Once you get your product. Thats it. They will not return your emails on any issues you have. Will never deal with them again.
There is already an email to your info@gotprint but I have not heard from you guys in days.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They have all kind of excuses for their mistakes.
Color came out very bad, like being washed by a laundry machine, so light. They were not willing to reprint or refund my money.

I've been working with GotPrint as a …

I've been working with GotPrint as a print broker for years and have barely any complaints. If you print a lot you are bound to get a few minor issues such as color that is off or maybe the cut, but the quality has always been on point. They have always been great and following up with any issues I may have and compensating accordingly.

I recommend them to my friends and my clients love the final product.

TERRIBLE customer service!

Terrible customer service. They have a lousy attitude and are not at all interested in their customers. I've been in business since 1984 and their treatment of customers is truly one of the worst I have EVER experienced.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Continuously lack of knowledge customer service

I have use got print for the last 4 years and while the price is phenomenal the customer service when I have to deal with them is always a huge headache this last time will be my last time the process of ordering can be a little challenging and confusing but usually the quality is fairly good this time I try to do things a little more according to the way they prefer and in the mix I actually end up shooting myself in the foot and producing a horrible product it took 7 emails approximately before customer service would finally answer my question instead of blowing it off as they were in the previous ones of why my product was so horrible this time it was my fault but I am ridiculously frustrated at the fact that it took seven emails to finally clarify this when I was trying to make the point that this order was drastically different from my previous orders over the last 4 years this is a typical routine for me where I can never get a straight clear answer because nobody knows what they're talking about there it's probably better to spend a couple extra dollars with another company

It doesn't seem to be letting me reply......I already told customer service I would be reflecting this in their rating and no response since, kinda pointless to reach out again and further bother me after 7 emails and the only offer was a $40 credit on a rerun of a $360 order, like I said to them and will again now i'll pass after 7 emails i'm not interested in frustrating myself anymore, just going to post so others won't have to deal with this again.

Poor Quality Product Disgraceful Customer Service

Very poor quality product and disgraceful customer service. Ordered business cards with online designer, they arrived completely off centre and looked unprofessional. I sent an email to Gotprint with full information then was asked for all the information again. Second email I sent was ignored. I then decided to chase up via live chat facility on website and was told I would get a coupon code for the full value. I then received an email saying I could only get a 50% coupon code. Totally unacceptable to send me a poor quality product and then have this incredibly poor customer service and tell me I can't have a refund.

Business cards in 3.5 days!

I used Got Print over Vista, because of price. Love how you can design business cards, upload logos, full color and got 500 in 3.5 days. Quality, definition and colors matched perfect

Poor quality product and service

I've ordered from GotPrint.com a handful of times. One of the times the postcards arrived with roughly cut/torn edges and the customer service people were lovely and replaced them. Just received an order today with torn edges again and TERRIBLE color reproduction--muted, muddy, much darker than the original, just unuseable. They were very inflexible, asked me to take a photo of five cards (um, ok?). I did. That wasn't enough, so they asked me to take a photo of 15. How does that even happen? From on top of a ladder? Anyway, after six rounds of emails I convinced them to just give me a refund if I send the cards back. And they won't send me the $10 shipping label as "per the terms and conditions" I signed.

If you have a quickie, unimportant job or you're a client who isn't aesthetically discerning, then go for GotPrint.com. If the way the cards look is important, go elsewhere. And there are plenty of other printers in the sea.

We do apologize for the inconvenience on your order. It is possible that in the past your RGB files color matched and looked fine, but since we are CMYK based, as stated on our website, this time it did not. We ask for images of the cards so that our Quality Control department can review the files and determine why this issue happened. The first image was not clear enough so we asked for another image with more cards to determine how badly they were cut. A stack of postcards in a picture would do. Since each paper stock cuts differently due to the variety of coating options it can have, minor issues with the edges do occur from time to time as we are a batch printer. No where in our terms and conditions does it state that we would cover the cost of the return label. We will go ahead and refund fully for the cost of the product as you are unhappy with the cards. We are constantly working to improve our services. Thank you for your feedback.

Excellent quality and service!

I want to express my sincerest appreciation to Gotprint customer service on my recent order. Gotprint staff made recommendations after reviewing our file (twice). I appreciate for all attention to detail. It DOES make a difference.

Terrible company

At a time when we work harder for our money, customer service is held to the highest regard. As far as GotPrint goes, this is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, by any company ever. GotPrint.net is okay providing they don't make a mistake. If they do, they have very little interest in making things right. I've placed multiple orders with them. On my last one, the order was shipped to another company in another state. I also received their order. I immediately contacted GotPrint to return the incorrect order. They picked up the wrong order from me that day. I never received my order. Over the course of DAYS I called GotPrint and got to find out where my order was and got nothing but arguments from their customer service department. One guy even told me that they were trying to deliver to me and my office was closed when in fact, the order never left Texas. Got escalated to a supervisor eventually after many calls and he said he couldn't do anything but I had to talk to the shipping manager who isn't available. She calls back several hours later to tell me that her resolution is to call the company that has my order and ask them to send it to me. Yep.. that's the solution. This, of course, never happened. I don't know if they don't get paid that much or if they just hire people with no problem solving abilities OR if they just don't care. But if you save money on something that you never get, this is NOT a good deal. They have terrible customer service, but if you never have to deal with them, thank your lucky stars!!!

Great company with fast turnarounds.

I'm in the east coast and they always deliver professional quality business cards/ brochures/ postcards with very responsive customer service. Great if you know the basic principles of 4-color process printing, but it may be intimidating to order something yourself - but they have plenty of tutorials and information on their website to help you along. The sample kit they provide is a very good and is a helpful reference material. Color management is not as extensive but it's accurate enough for some of my projects.
