Money wasted, Significant Return Policy Issues
This product might work well for some people, but unfortunately, it did not fit me. I'm not saying the quality is bad—that wasn't the issue. However, these are definitely not one-size-fits-all products, which makes the return process critical.
I ordered several items, including two different sizes for some, specifically to find a good fit. Unfortunately, the bras didn't suit my shape, and the underwear varied widely in fit. This is completely understandable—fit is personal! However, this is precisely why a smooth return process is essential.
This is where my negative experience lies: I was only offered a store credit for my return, despite the company's marketing about an easy testing phase and return options. Furthermore, even after paying initial shipping, the return process felt very customer-unfriendly. I had to pay for the return shipment myself, meaning I paid twice for transport (initial shipping plus return shipping). If customers are expected to pay for returns, it would be much better to at least provide a return label instead of expecting the customer to arrange and pay for the postage completely on their own.
I decided to return the items for the store credit, even though I likely won't use it (as I'd just be repeating the cycle of paying for shipping and returns again). But then, things got worse: my return was refused, and the package arrived back at my home—exactly one week after I had shipped it out! Now, the 14-day return window has expired.
As a result, I am now left with products I can't use and will essentially have to discard. This feels like a complete waste of money, and even worse, it's terrible for the environment.

Regarding returns, our standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies for a full refund. Outside of this period, or when using certain promotions, we currently offer store credit or exchanges. We understand that the Bia didn’t meet your expectations in terms of fit and support. Every body is different, and some models sit a bit looser by design, which can affect how they stay in place.
We generally recommend you to choose the Bia in a smaller size as the fabric is very flexible.

Underwear is not soft and stretchy
The Underwear does work perfectly. I ordered them already 3 times. What I really don't like is the size, I ordered a size S when I ordered the first time, and the size was super perfect and very comfortable, not thight, it is soft ond the hips. The second order i ordered the same (also same size) but the comfortable was disappointing, it was to thight, and around the hips the band was feeling hard. Now I ordered a L (because I also gained some weight) but its still uncomfortable very thight and hard. So I mostly still wear the first order, because they still fit perfectly (even i have a size L now, but they are just so soft and stretchy)
So its sad that the other 2 orders are not soft and stretchy.

Didn't get my Order
Didn't get my Order. Had payed for, but it didn't arrived. They delivered IT to a parcel shop. I went there, the parcel hasn't be there. They told me to come back at the next day. Next day I got the Message they would have tryed to delivered it a second time, because they didn't get me, they Put it in a parcel box near by, but they didn't have me they QR-Code I would have needed to get it. So I wasn't able to open the Box.

The order arrived over a month later than the specified delivery date. In addition, I was unable to return the bras I ordered (for a refund), but only received a voucher. However, neither of the bras (ordered in two sizes) fit me. I am not satisfied with the entire ordering process or the goods.

The panties feel like nappies - I got the discovery set in light/medium flow and 2 out of 3 panties feel like I have diapers on. The order also took way longer than imagined - I ordered in the middle of August and it arrived almost a month later.
So I won't wear them outside of my home because it just feels sooo uncomfortable.
Plus if you give the store a 5-star review on Trustpilot you get a 10€ voucher or 10% off the next order - so idk how trustworthy other reviews are :(

Return process unfair
ordered two bras. I’m very happy with one of them, but I wanted to return the other one. The return process was made so difficult that I eventually gave up. I received many AI-generated replies, and only much later did someone actually take care of my issue personally
