Very poor as a brand

Very poor as a brand. Extremely cheap but the quality you get is even bad. Nonstick coating came off peeling after couple of use and when talked to customer service, I could purchase another basket with more money than the product itself from Costco.

Great service, great ice cream!

A piece of the clear lid broke off. I called and got an email a few minutes later. I thought the email wanted a video of what was wrong. I worked on a video to submit but after two days I gave up because I couldn’t get it small enough to send. I called again and they said still photos would be OK. I sent in a photo of my receipt and a picture of the lid and the piece that had broken off. The next day, 1/12/26 I got a message my part was on its way. I received it today 1/20/26. Perfectly wrapped, representatives perfectly professional. When I bought the self serve ice cream maker I thought it was too expensive but it is DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE…the vanilla ice cream is the best I’ve ever had and the customer service is OUTSTANDING.

Product Quality Let down!

Bought the Gourmia Airfryer model GAF788 at Costco with discount coupon for about roughly $40.

It's not even two years old, and it died suddenly. I contact the company tech support replied: ship it , we will repair for a charge of $40 for repair and I handle shipping cost.

None sense, it's easier to buy a new one! In conclusion I will not buy there products again. Instead I paid a bit more and purchased a much higher brand + 3 years warranty!

re:gourmia 7qt air fryer review
Our uni has been a total disaster after the warranty expired. The display was failing from the beginning and soon we had to start guessing the various settings. Eventually, after about a year plus of usage the unit failed completely. Cannot recommend it even to my worst enemy. totally unreliable.

Warranty is false advertisement

I have an air fryer that was covered under warranty the warranty was still good have proof of receiving everything and was told that my unit is no longer made to cut the cord and throw it away and they will give me a $50 Amazon gift card. I didn't even purchase it from Amazon I purchased it from Walmart it's probably a freaking scam but now I'm out an air fryer that was covered under warranty that I paid good money for. So if you buy beware the warranty is fault they do not hold to their warranty whatsoever at all. I also have photos of the comments from gourmia's warranty claim to prove everything.

Gourmia won't cover 1 year warranty!

I purchased a Gourmia air fryer less than a year ago from Walmart (online). The air fryer has stopped working. So I started the warranty claim. Gourmia wrote me back and said they don't cover the warranty because it was purchased from a third-party seller. However, when you go to the Gourmia website and view the exact air fryer that I purchased, the gourmia website recommends purchasing it from Walmart! DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY WON'T COVER THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY!

After paying they tell me they don’t have the part anymore. **1-Star Review - GOURMIA TOASTER OVEN AIR FRYER: DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE**
"Extremely disappointed with Gourmia's product and service!
I received their Double Door Toaster Oven Air Fryer as a Christmas gift, but it stopped working after ONLY 1.5 months!
Despite having:
* Model number: [insert model number]
* Serial number: [insert serial number]
* 1-Year Warranty
Gourmia's customer service failed me:
* I contacted them via phone and provided my serial number
* They still emailed me a laundry list of required "proof" documents, including:
+ Receipt (which I didn't have since it was a gift)
+ Original box and packaging
+ Photos of defective product
+ More...
* It's clear they're creating hurdles to avoid replacing/refunding the defective item
Their response did NOT resolve my issue; instead, it frustrated me further.
**WARNING:** Be cautious of Gourmia's products and beware of their difficult return/replacement process.
1 STAR - Will update if they surprisingly fix this issue

Gourmia products - not worth it

This is a review and complaint of Gourmia due to the defective nature of their Gourmia Citress Press (model #EPJ100), purchased in November 2018. Despite minimal use (6-8 times), the juicer exhibited several critical failures: a broken juice container, ineffective juicing performance from the outset, and recent leakage of rust-colored liquid, indicating internal corrosion. Gourmia has refused to offer a replacement, citing the expired warranty, and instead offered a paid repair for a product that has consistently malfunctioned and shows signs of internal degradation. Product Defects: The documented defects and minimal use demonstrate a clear manufacturing flaw and a product that failed to meet reasonable expectations. Unreasonable Repair Offer: Gourmia's "only option" of a paid repair for a consistently defective and internally corroded product is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of customer-centric support. Furthermore, the company quoted a $50 repair fee, which is the same price I paid for the unit when it was new, making this an absurd and unreasonable proposition. To add insult to injury, they are also demanding I pay for the shipping costs to send the defective unit in for repair.
Refusal to Escalate: Gourmia has repeatedly ignored my requests to escalate the matter to higher-level support, indicating a disregard for legitimate consumer concerns. Lack of company willingness to provide customer satisfaction: The company is unwilling to provide any other option beside paying for repairs on a defective unit.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Called twice. Once the rep stated that someone would get back to me and never did. The second time I waited on hold and someone picked up and disconnected the call. Great customer service.

The black surface doesn't seem non-stick and it rubs off when being cleaned

I purchased the Gourmia GAF824 at Walmart in Mexico. (Gourmia is also sold at Costco, so it has a big presence in Mexico.) With the first cooking I noticed that the tray surface was not effectively non-stick, so I soaked it a few days and then it still required some vigorous scrubbing to remove the food. In the process some of the black surface rubbed off. With each usage more surface was removed, and then some of the black coating on the drawer began to erode. I've used several other brands for years, and this has ever been a problem after hundreds of uses. I went round and round with Gourmia because they don't have an international warranty and I didn't get an email from the warranty provider in Mexico. Finally, I said I would contact the Federal Trade Commission and Gourmia quickly agreed to refund $75 if I cut the power cable and sent a photo, which I did. It's less than I paid in Mexico, but better than nothing. The poor quality surface drastically reduces the value of this model.
