Great installation and great service.

This company is a scam. They sent a 7 year Old Ford mondeo as a substitute, They still charged for the premium experience.
Everything on their website is false.
I am contacting trading standards they need to stop this blatant false advertising.

Thank you for the pack of lies below.
Your website and Facebook claim to only use a fleet of Tesla cars.
And this has been the case for the last 6 years we have used you.
The standard and premium was a difference between and model 3 and a model X.
All your claims on your website and Facebook are blatant lies, I have the screenshots that I have emailed to you and many more that I will forward to trading standards and you can try and explain how a “fleet of Teslas” translates to a 7 year old Mondeo, I wish you all the luck with that one

This company tell you they have a 100% electric fleet but although I ordered, paid upfront and received confirmation of a Tesla booking, on the day they sent me a diesel car with no prior warning and no explanation as to why. The taxi driver said go zero have gone bust and his firm have bought them out. I have received no email to explain and no apology. The company website still say they are 100% electric and are still open for bookings. Do not use this company if you are expecting an electric vehicle, they are misleading customers.

Bad Company!!!!
They do not care about their employees making them work Long hours and not considering passengers.
Poorly Run by a few guys that put the company together on the back of a cigarette pack, Constantly Begging for funding No cash flow in the business,
Sacked By Tesla service centres in multiple locations due to data Protection,
Releasing customer Data Without Consent.

If you care about your Safety and your family’s .
Do Not Use this Company it’s only a matter of time before a something Bad happens.

Pls Be Careful

My holiday abroad was coming to an end,so I started searching for a ride home from LHR terminal 5 to S.Wales,I travel a bit so already knew the prices with some of the local taxi firms around terminal 5 area..had some good vibes about Go Zero off people so I checked them out,read the reviews,was impressed with what I read,sent off a quick email to Go Zero,had a prompt reply from them,(I fluffed up the dates because of the time zone differences BUT it was quickly spotted by customer service at Go Zero end from my input of flight number...phew lucky somebody was on the ball)..was picked up on time,with clear message from Mark the driver as to where to meet,he arrived in a lovely new electric Tesla motor ,so easy after a long flight ✈️ jumped in the back and away to go, the Tesla had to stop on the journey back to S.Wales for a charge,(I needed to stop for a toilet break,so Mark plugged the car in to charge,I used the toilet we both got a coffee together by the time we finished the coffee we were on our way..no time at all to be honest)..my overall experience with Go Zero was brilliant!..from pick up to drop off on my drive at my house in S.Wales..I will say a massive thank you to all the team 🙏 very professional service indeed!..will use again 100%..cheers!..

I have used Go Zero to take me to and from the Tesla service centre at Heathrow. Paul was always on time and a very smooth journey as well as being incredibly informative about getting the best out of your Tesla! Highly recommended.

We used Go Zero to take us to Heathrow Airport and bring us back. Both Adrian and Lee were absolute Gentlemen and extremely informative. Couldn’t have wished for better journeys. Thank you.

Had a gozero driver from the Tesla Chelmsford dealership on Wednesday who was a very nice chap called Lee, excellent service.
& today had another gozero driver take me back to the Chelmsford Tesla dealership to pickup my car. Again the drive and service was excellent & the driver this time was Karen.
Was my first time as a passenger in an electric taxi, which makes a pleasant change as I’m a taxi driver myself using a Tesla to do my work

Used GoZero to be taken home and then back to pick my car up from a service. Car was spotless and Karen was lovely - not even getting flustered when stuck on the M25 for 40 minutes! Would always recommend.

It was a delight to be chauffeured by Karen who made the experience seamless with her good nature and punctuality. I learned a few good tips from her about driving my own tesla. Thank you Karen.

Had to get my car serviced and Karen dropped me home and picked me up when it was complete. Great service and very helpful thank you

A colleague recommended Go Zero and I have to say I was really quite impressed, good communications on when they were arriving and this was also my first trip in a tesla electric car which was fascinating in and of itself. The chauffeur was first class I will be using them again

I’ve had several trips with GoZero for various teslas appointments over the last few weeks and I have to say Karen is a Rockstar! Highly engaging, informative, punctual, great to talk to and also knows all the staff at Tesla Chelmsford. If there was a definition of being proactive she is it! She was the one chasing Tesla to find out when my car would be ready and then relaying this info to me! Never had service like it! Bravo!! Great ambassador to GoZero and Tesla!

Who thought booking your Tesla in for some warranty work would result in meeting somebody as cheerful, kind and honestly hilarious as Karen. I hate booking my car in for work its just hassle you can do without. Not only was Karen all of the above but her amazing personable nature has enabled her to build real connections with the Tesla service team that meant as soon as the car was ready she was on the text to confirm a confident pick up time. Karen is “go zero delay”.

Arranged an airport transfer (return) door to door - and not only did they come in at (nearly) half the price of Addison Lee they picked us up in a Tesla Model X with wing doors & my missis loved that - will certainly use them again - recommended!!

After using this company while my Tesla was in for service. My personal details were used, my social media account attacked results in many hours of password resets.
To add insult to injury i find out this (No Zero) we’re recording me without my knowledge.
I have complained to Tesla and this is now being Invested.

Avoid at All Cost !!!!
