The package was good
The package was good, but unfortunately the carriers were very poor & the package was upside down in the lorry, hence managed to break the glass of the fire. anyway i got on the phone to a very nice lady & within mins she had it sorted out & a new piece of glass was on its way to us.

Great that the fireplace was already assembled and that sold it for me! But also because it looks great and looks exactly like the picture. The delivery service was ok despite delivery being free but I would’ve paid for the courier to deliver to my living room! It was strapped on a pallet outside the door of my sheltered housing building and because of my mobility problems, I had to get someone to cut the strapping and push the 25kg box to my flat! Then dispose of the pallet!

Crystals missing but one email and all sorted
Crystals were missing but now in their way. Website had not updated when I ordered so they aren’t actually included with this model Well packed. Delivery was when I was told. Very happy with it.

I found it helpful to have a phone no to contact the company when I wanted to know about delivery the lady was helpful and gave me the information I required. The stove arrived a couple of days late but that was due to a bank Holiday.

Just awful
Just awful. We were missing a box upon delivery when eventually getting through to someone they were the most unhelpful person ever but eventually got round to getting the missing box sent. Upon building the media wall we have come across no manual for the fire so to start looked like the wrong fire. This is beyond a joke. We are trying to call and have not been able to get through to anyone as they have been on lunch and its half 1. The fire after finally getting it in doesn't sit flush the edging in the middle has a gap. Either the fire place is bowed or the MDF board holding the fire is bowed but the sides sit nice but the middle has a 7mm gap sitting high looks like it's the MDF as their is no support in the middle front in order to hold the fire up in the middle up.
