I ordered a spray paint can but they didn’t put any cushioning materials so the can was dented and the lid was broken when arrived. Not happy.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they have the best range of spray paints and artist supplies.

I have ordered a spray can and it still hasn't arrived my emails are only being reprimanded with "confirm you're adress" emails I was ignored when I asked for my money back for atleast my express delivery fee as it has taken nearly a week and a half for my package to arrive which has been "tried to deliver the owner was not in" which is a lie because I have big loud dogs that bark even when people walk past my home, it was ment to be a christmass present but I geuss that's ruind I understand the company may not be at fault with delivery but I am quite fed up

Very good products and I could say the best graffiti shop I've seen, the only bad thing is that shipping is expensive as it costs approximately £25 and tax £75 (UK to Chile)

I’ve ordered a few times now from Graff-city and the service is faultless. Everything arrives well packaged with plenty of recyclable paper around the cans to prevent damage. I have everything Fed-ex’d and it turns up when it’s supposed to. The website has tons of choice to cater for every need and they have the most comprehensive stock I could find for Montana cans. I could not recommend more.
