Graf's automated telephone system
I attempted to cancel a Graf order by phone on a Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. I expected to get a message to call back later but my call was received by some automated robotic system that put me on hold with periodic inane messages delivered in a rapid jammed tone. What should have occurred: a message to call back later during normal business hours instead of allowing some automated telephone system to manage customer concerns. This adds to my frustation with automated systems operated by many on-line businesses who lack the skills needed to modify & operate these systems for customer's needs - like the tail wagging the dog - satisfy the system instead of making the system satisfy the user(s).
