I had been searching for a hard-to-find Vivienne Westwood bag for my daughters 18th and found it on Grahams of Bath. Initially I was just pleased to be buying from a local independent during lockdown, however I went on to be delighted by such wonderful service. I phoned to check if they were open as usual and they were really friendly and helpful. I ordered online at 11am on Friday and my bag was delivered on Saturday morning! I would definitely recommend them.
