1.Qoute
They always issue a advanced qoute for payment, the invoices also states penalty interest fee even it is before the due date. You'd always end up asking why they are sending you this.No apologies , they'd just ask to disregard the statement
You always need to check the invoice as some are not even reflected.
2.Customer Service
If it's gonna be rated negative number is not even enough
First your question will not be answered.You'll guess that the person just missed to read the email but not, they just simply don't understand what is your question.
If you are lucky to get a reply most likely it's a wrong answer everytime and correct it afterwards. Often reply using a template mail.
3.Sales
They are good when you are in contract and waiting for you loan execution
They also often give you wrong answer and propose with no assurance
It's a promise after promise
Once you cancel your purchase
You can't get a hold of any of the staff
I tried for more than a month, no read no reply even if they are active
They are nightmare.
