This experience so far has been great. Starting with the phone call to make my claim. They were very informative about what I needed to do. The person that did the inspection gave very clear instructions what was going to happen and what I needed to do. Everything has happened very fast. I am a very happy customer.

Our adjuster, Ray, made our claims process as pain-free as possible. He was kind and empathetic, and took time to walk through the entire process and answer all of my questions. He got all the paperwork filed quickly for us so we could start making repairs.

My Claims Representative was Matthew Martinelli. He was so easy to talk to, and this took all of the stress out of reporting the claim (which I had never done before)! Matt was very knowledgeable about the process and explained to me step by step what to expect. He stayed in contact with me multiple times a week and kept me apprised of what was going on at each step. His service was far above the five (5) stars. I'm very thankful that I got Matt as my Claims Representative!

Curtis was great. At first we thought my claim wouldn’t be covered but. After speaking to my agent and getting stuff straightened out everything was approved he even worked on a quick timeline to help get us the estimate next day I really appreciated the time timely response and the willingness to work through issues.

He made the process of filing my property damage claim from start to finish very positive. Honestly, I wish all companies would give their customers this much attention to detail and wonderful service!
