Absolutely worse trade insurance poor…

Absolutely worse trade insurance poor customer service not helpful at all
I had like 2 month left on the policy and to be able to earn an extra year of trade NCB.
And just before that they decided to cancel my policy and the reason was MID MISUSE
And now because of that it’s nearly impossible to get a new trade insurance

Worse ever experience that I could get from an insurance company only had 2 payments left to finish the year with them.
I couldn’t even question it

FCA / The Motor Industry Onbudsman revoke their license

Hey FCA you need to revoke this company’s financial trading license.
They are scammers they don’t honour genuine payouts regards insurance claims (they are knockers in short)

I’ve had the most awful experience, words escape me truly …

If your fortunate to read my review pls for your mental health and well being sake (Avoid them like a plague truly)

For goodness sake don’t do business with this company it’s Granite / Haven / Acorn

I’ve now got to serve a court summons for about £25k seriously …

FCA do something for goodness sakes

Turned to blackmailing customers now

Gonna report this Granite Underwriters to FCA and The Motor Industry Onbudsman 2mor

Blackmail is a crime in the UK

Biggest scam going

Biggest scam going. Thay take ur money and come up with expenses out of nowhere avoid at all cost . I paid 275 and got back a hundred pound when I ended my policy

Useless underwriters

Useless underwriters. If you wish to interact with them via email through a broker and have them take days to respond then they'll be perfect for you. Cancelled my policy with 3 weeks remaining after taking my money. Pay more money for a decent insurer. I don't know how they sleep at night!

Appalling. STAY AWAY THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSSINESS

Appalling. I had a legit water leak. Put in a claim sent 3 quotes and pic as requested. After constant calls put on hold and copious amounts of emails with no response. After 6months I have now reported them to the ombudsman. They gaslight, avoid and ignore. The time I have put in this claim has been tiresome draining and stressful but even through the claim is small under £2000 out of principle I will not let them get away with bullying clients this way, it's simply disgusting . STAY AWAY FROM THEM they take your money but do not give the service. I now understand why I am in this situation after reading their reviews, they should not be allowed to be in business!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Save your money and stick it straight in the bin instead.

My back door to my house was broken by my son, we have accidental damage cover.
Despite it being an entrance to my house that was now unsafe they took 2 months to send somebody to assess and then decided it was apparent wear and tear.

They miscommunicate , don't answer emails and when your on the phone and wish to escalate or complain, they just transfer you to another department that know nothing and don't have your details, who then transfer you back.

This is just a small synapsis of what we have been through with this company.

This is my worst customer service experience ever!!!!

Don't even bother trying to email their complaints department / escalations department, as they don't respond either.

I have just had to refer to the Insurance ombudsman as I got nowhere with Haven, apparently its not their first complaint.

Please, Please, Please save your time and just burn your money it'll be a better use instead of handing it to them.
