I ordered three shirts that I never received two months later. It’s been a nightmare since the beginning to communicate properly with Granqvist and the shipping company. No news, no explanation. When you mainly rely on eshop you should ensure your clients a smooth and fast delivery. You can avoid this brand as much as you can and move towards Scavini, Pini Parma, Grand le Mar etc…
This company sells articles in their webstore that are not in stock (without notifying). After more then 1 week I had to contact them myself to ask about my order. They don't take any action themselves. I asked for refund and then it took another week, so I had to contact them myself again to ask about my refund. I was told that 'they would make the refund when they had time'. Due to currency rates I lost 5% of my money, although it was not my mistake that my order went wrong! They only wanted to compensate that loss (after my complaint) with a gift card. NOT WITH ME!
Conclusion: webstore is not professionaly managed, very bad customer service!!
