Grassmaster Plus of Georgetown MA
Three weeks ago I fired Grassmaster Plus as my lawn care company after a year and a half of service. Last August and September I was disappointed with the large number of weeds that had taken over my lawn. It was my first year with them. I decided to give them more time.
It’s now July of year two. Weeds are back and will be taking over. Dead, brown spots appeared after the last fertilization either from grubs or fertilizer burns.
I’ve had enough. I called and canceled my service. I said I wasn’t happy. They accepted my cancellation with no questions. I thought they might call after that to ask what was wrong and why they had been fired. Nothing. I think I made the right decision to change companies.
