I have been a customer of Grattan since the 1970s. Mostly the quality of their clothes is good. Returns are easy; that's so important because I don't live near decent shops. Paying monthly is easy to do and their on-line reminders are helpful. The statements are clear. If there ever is a problem they put it right quickly . A company you can trust.

Website easy to use. Based on other reviews I have read i must say I can not fault my envri driver Carl he is brilliant.

i have been shopping with Grattan for around 40years. Always reliable for a choice of fashion at a reasonable price. At the moment I have a very reliable Evri lady that delivers. It might change if she were to leave.

Iam not happy that i paid for next day delivery and had to wait 4 days for 1 of my items that i was told i would get on Tuesday but got my item on thursdauy 2 days later and not on next day delivery.

My Red striped dressing gown, one size is a good fit and my friend has asked me to order one for her to give as a present

Wanted new curtains and pole in a room before Christmas. Ordered one day, arrived the next, even though I was not expecting them till Christmas Eve. Very quick! Lovely quality curtains, just the colour I wanted and with thermo lining. And at a bargain price too.Even my daughter liked the colour when she visited us for Christmas. Very pleased.

Whatever I order is exactly as the photograph describes.The delivery is very good .I have been with this catalogue since I was 18 and I am now 80 and still buying and will continue to do so

There's always something about getting told a parcel is arriving there's always a little bit of childish excitement from opening it to seeing how lovely the item is to wearing
It and getting complimented on it makes my day better

I ordered adidas Sportswear VL Court Bold Trainers in black on Friday & was nicely surprised when it was delivered over the weekend. When I opened the plastic bag there was a flimsy plain beige cardboard box, not an adidas box.

It always has been I've been with grattan for years now never had any bother all the years I've been with them

I didn't like the return system, it took me an hour to figure the royal mail system out, I would rather have a label and take it to a evri shop

I LOVE SHOPPING WITH GRATTAN BEST CATALOGUE EVER. HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY DELIVERY 2 ITEMS SAYING DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED THEM, GRATTAN TRYING TO FIND OUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED. NOT STRUCK ON EVR !!!

Grattan itself I have no issue with which is why I have given this review three stars. I've always been happy with the way it works and the prices are reasonable. However, they insist on using Evri which are by far the worst courier company I have ever had dealings with. If this review were for Evri, it would have been a one-star review.

Evri have lost two of my Grattan parcels in the space of two weeks, and they never keep to their times when they do deliver. Many's the time they say they are going to deliver - then I get an email to say they have delivered yet no-one has rung my doorbell or knocked on the door. I look for the parcel and there's no sign of it anywhere either in my block or outside.

Unfortunately, until Grattan decide to use a reliable courier (DPD or Royal Mail are very good), I won't be ordering again.

I have been running this catalogue since l was 18 years old and I am 60 now. My first order was a hoover and it was pen and paper with your order in them days and you had to post it. But you still got your parcel in good time... Grattan is a fantastic company to which l have had some beautiful products over the years and l still receive good product.It been a pleasure to buy items from the company in your own home. I will continue my shopping from such a lovely company... It so nice to see an original companys still going and not sold off . Love grattans

Great mail order company, good range of products. They email me with discount codes. Find Evri who deliver to me reliable.
