As a recent graduate, I did not have much insight in to what career direction I wished to pursue. This was until I contacted the GRB. Having been in touch with many recruitment agencies across the UK, my recruiter Carla Bidgood is hands down the best I have been in touch with. Her friendliness, approachable nature and drive to find me a job have made this painstaking process so easy. I do feel really lucky to have her on my side. Thank you Carla!

Emma Cranford and Aimee Burgess were fantastic to work with. As a recruiter they maintained a highly professional demeanour and were always very friendly, and found me the perfect job instantly! They were quick to understand the kind of role I was looking for, recognising my strengths and putting me forward for exactly the right job. They
were there to help throughout the whole process. I could not recommend Aimee Burgess and Emma Cranford more highly.i also received a interview prep email which had everything I needed to prepare myself for the interview and gain thorough insight of the business I was applying to work for. When I first joined after graduating I was initially impressed, I was called by the team and had a thorough discussion about my objectives twice, much more personal and authentic than any other recruitment team I've signed up for. I've received so many opportunities by the team through email and I've applied to every single one but not a single reply has been given.

They must receive thousands of applications so I appreciate I must have low hope for each position I apply for, however with a perfect academic record up to masters degree and tons of prior experience, I thought I would have at least heard back from one company by now.

A few times I've even received the same job advert twice, I've been signed up for a while now and still haven't had any luck. There are many "job site" scams after your personal details out there and I'm now wary of this one, however if it is genuine then personally this service just simply hasn't worked for me.

I had an email today saying that they were glad i graduated this year in Phycology this year?????????????????????I was like what so lost with the email first i graduated 3 years ago and in Health and social care .Why send people messages without really reading their CVS. Therefore i would never waste my time.

I had ongoing communications with various team members for role, all of which were incredibly friendly. At the end, I secured a job with the help of Claire. She was really helpful throughout, scheduling multiple calls, openly communicating through emails and even offering weekend calls! Her support has been truly invaluable

I had a great experience with Chelsea, the engineering recruiter. I received highly relevant job adverts and great advice and support for interviews - landed a job almost immediately, immensely grateful!

Highly recommend. After 2 years of struggling to find meaningful work after uni, I got a job I'm excited about through the GRB in just 3 weeks. My contact Elliot was very helpful and gave me good advice. Thank you very much GRB!

Use clickbait title “you’re hired” in email promotions, kept sending me irrelevant job listings.

I was contacted by GRB via email just over a year ago, with the suggestion that based on my degree and profile details there may be an appropriate role for me to apply to. The team helped me to prep to the best of my ability for the interview and tests included in my application and did a lot of the leg work for me. Their help made me feel confident and I managed to get the job! Ruby Bullimore and Emma Chapman were very helpful and responsive via email, quickly answering any queries I had at any point. I am very grateful for the service that GRB provided, enabling me to get a head start in my career. Thank you! :)

On the other hand, I must've received like 100 emails in total from other consultants about different roles that I know I'd be a good fit for, yet I just never hear back after I send in my CV :') They hype up the company, say they'll send your CV through, ask you all these questions, contact you about a completely different role a month later, when you ask them what happened to the previous ones, turns out they're not hiring anymore, or they just don't reply :')

Don't waste your time with this company, you will be better off applying directly with the employers. If you fail to secure the job you don't get any feedback from GRB without chasing aggressively.

My experience with the GRB has been amazing especially with Katy. Katy Prior has guided me from the very start of the application process to the final stage. She helped me get my dream job in logistics and her support was outstanding. I would love to meet her and say thank you! It took me 2 years of endless applications trying my best to get a graduate scheme in logistics. Though when the GRB sent me an email to apply, I was able to get the job after a month (from the application process to moving out and starting my new job). Everything happened so quickly and I was thankful that they were very patient and responsive to all of my enquiries. I would truly recommend reading the job advertisement they regularly send in your emails because they do respond and they do look out for you! Thank you Katy!
