Great Rentals Reviews

Outstanding service and a fantastic experience every time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My partner and I have rented both cars and scooters from Great Rentals in Sivota several times, and we have nothing but positive things to say about them. The service is truly excellent, the vehicles are well-maintained, and we are always given a warm welcome.

The whole process is easy and quick, and you feel well taken care of from start to finish. Another big plus is that you are not pressured into purchasing expensive extra insurance or faced with hidden costs, which is unfortunately something we have experienced with larger car rental companies at airports and elsewhere.

They are always available if you have any questions or need assistance, which gives you extra peace of mind while on holiday.

We cannot recommend Great Rentals highly enough and will definitely be renting from them again on our next visit to Sivota! ☀️

Outstanding service – a true gentleman

I had an absolutely excellent experience with Great Rentals in Sivota.

During our rental, we had a small and rather unusual incident when a wild boar ran into the side of the car. Fortunately, we were driving very slowly, so the damage was minimal – a wheel arch/inner panel had moved slightly out of place and there was a very small scratch.

When I brought the car back and explained what had happened, the gentleman at Great Rentals could not have handled the situation better. He calmly inspected the car, put everything back into place and told me not to worry about the tiny scratch.

I even asked if we should make some kind of financial arrangement and offered him €20 for his trouble. He simply refused and said, “No, thank you – we can have a beer tonight instead.”

That says everything about the way this company treats its customers.

Professional, fair, relaxed and genuinely friendly. This is customer service done properly, and it creates the kind of trust that makes you want to come back and recommend a company to others.

If I return to Sivota and need a rental car again, Great Rentals will absolutely be my first choice.

Thank you for an outstanding experience and for being a true gentleman. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience from start to finish! We rented a brand-new scooter that was in perfect condition and a pleasure to ride. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the whole process quick and easy.

The price was very fair, with no hidden surprises, and the service was outstanding throughout. If you’re looking to rent a scooter in Sivota, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended
