Awful and dishonest

These guys are awful or they hire (and protect) awful movers. I am filing a police report on them. The only item missing from the inventory list they put together was my sound bar ($550), which was also somehow "lost" even though I have a pic of it in the truck when they were unloading. If they even respond to my calls (which is rare), they would say they will research and call me back in a day or two. This happened 4-5 times and they never call back.

This is not to mention all the other issues... being late to pick up our stuff, asking for an additional $500 after loading everything in the truck, and breaking a bunch of my furniture in a way even an amateur can avoid (a box labeled fragile was squashed and destroyed from a very heavy box above it). Even the sound bar was thrown into the truck without any wrapping or protection.
