They sold me my car with no pressure from them at all. Kept all their promises to me how can I say this but they really are fantastic at their job I felt like royalty. Ì would not buy a car from anywhere else in future great is in the name and great is how they work.

Great customer service
From my initial enquiry phone call about several cars, to the handover, receipt of my new and part exchange of my old car , the whole experience was very smooth.
I was given lots of options and information about the cars I had enquired about, I test drove them and felt comfortable throughout, I wasn’t rushed and all my questions, not matter what they were, were answered and explained.
When I received my new car everything was fully explained, all the buttons to the pictures on the instrument panel. Thank you Iain for your help, time and patience.
I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit here.

Lovely dealership and extremely helpful
I was recently in Rugby and noticed that my tyre pressure indicator had come on. I had a quick look and noticed that a nail had gone into my tyre and with my journey home being around 2 hours, I googled a garage and came across Great Central Auto.
I called and asked if they could help and from the point of initial phone call through to leaving, they were nothing but fantastic. Extremely friendly, welcoming and made me a brew whilst I waited for my car. Dan, the Sales Manager, chatted with me whilst my tyre was being done and he is such a lovely bloke. They also checked the rest of my tyres on the off chance.
The whole experience was great and I would recommend Great Central Auto to anyone, whether you're looking for your next car, or just need a repair/service.

I recently brought my Ford Kuga into Great Central Auto to have the glowplugs replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.
The booking process was incredibly simple thanks to their easy-to-use online system. When I arrived last week, the staff were immediately welcoming and professional, making me feel valued as a customer.
The work was completed exactly as requested and finished efficiently. Most importantly, the results are fantastic—my car now starts first time, every time, which has completely solved the issue I was having. As a wonderful surprise, they even gave my Kuga a valet before I picked it up!
High-quality work, superb customer service, and an extra touch of care. I highly recommend Great Central Auto.
